Have you ever felt not good enough? Not smart enough? Not pretty enough? Like you just don't belong? Maybe it is something someone said. Maybe it is the pressure you or a family member, even friend puts on you to always be and do your best. Whatever the case may be you should know that you are good enough and that you deserve a round of applause for being who you are. You are good enough and this is why you shouldn't give up.

No matter what life throws at you, you have to be prepared to take it by the hand and learn to walk with it. Kind of like if you get a new puppy and have to train it to walk on a leash, you have to have patience and knowledge of how you are training the pup too. Just like how you have to have patience with yourself and have knowledge of how you handle certain situations. These skills come with time and experience. If you have never had to have patience or learn to be patient then it would be hard to understand, so allow yourself to learn and to make mistakes. After all mistakes are part of learning!

You should never give up on yourself or on your dreams. Even if you may think it is impossible or if someone tells you that you can't do it, just know that you can and that they are wrong. Don't ever listen to someone else's word vomit, listen to your heart and brain instead. I call it word vomit because they are talking but maybe not in a positive way. This shouldn't be something that you have to deal with very often. People will always have their opinions and statements to make, but it doesn't mean that they are right or that you should listen to them. So next time someone is word vomiting on you, try to take a deep breathe, tell them they are wrong, and walk away. Don't let them overpower you, because you are strong and you are great!

So remember the three key things here. One is to make mistakes and to learn from them. Laugh it off or cry it off, either way allow yourself to know that you are human and that it happens. The second thing to keep track of is word vomit. Be able to recognize when someone is spouting words at you that aren't necessarily true and be able to stick up for yourself. Thirdly, don't ever give up, you can and will do it! You may get discouraged along the way, but don't let it define you.

You are stronger than you seem, braver than you believe, and smarter than you think!

Cambio

Singing is something I do all day, every day. It doesn't matter where I am or who's around. If I feel like singing, I'm going to. It's probably annoying sometimes, but I don't care -- I love to sing! If I'm not singing, I'm probably humming, sometimes without even realizing it. So as someone who loves to sing, these are some of the feelings and thoughts I have probably almost every day.
