Why You Should Watch 'Scream: The TV Series'
mtv.com

I am a long time horror movie junkie, and sometimes finding a TV show to watch that it is within my realm of taste can be a difficult or impossible task. I am a fan of both "Bates Motel" and "American Horror Story;" however recently I discovered a show that fulfills my slasher TV show needs: "Scream: The TV Series."

"Scream: The TV Series" is set in the town of Lakewood, a place with a dark past. The main character is teenager Emma Duval. Some of the other key characters in the show are Emma's friends Audrey, Kieran, Jake, Brooke, and Noah. These teenagers experience the stalking of a mysterious killer seeking revenge for the mistreatment and killing of Brandon James, the town’s outcast gone serial killer.

With plot twists, gory murders, and non-stop action, "Scream: The TV Series" provides the viewers will a thrill ride each and every week. Here are six reasons why you should watch "Scream: The TV Series:"

1. There is nothing else like it.

Slasher movies are easy to find. However, slasher TV shows are not. "Scream Queens" follows a similar slasher TV show style, but it is more humorous. For example, when someone dies it is usually comedic.

2. There is a new episode to look forward to every week.

Unlike slasher movies that you watch once and you are done with it, with "Scream: The TV Series," you get to look forward to watching a new episode each week. It gives you more of a connection with the characters and creates a personal investment in the show.

3. The killer is a mystery.

It is fun to watch the show and try and figure out who the killer is each week. Just remember, the most obvious choice is not always the killer. I know I have my own personal theories about the show.

4. Plot twists galore.

If you like plot twists, you will love "Scream: The TV Series." There are new plot twists practically every episode and the majority of them you will NEVER see coming.

5. Some episodes can be pretty gory.

It is not quite "Evil Dead" gore, but it is some pretty decent gore for a TV show.

6. It is totally binge-worthy.

With "Scream: The TV Series" being in its second season, season one is already on Netflix. This show is binge-worthy enough that you may be ready for next week’s episode if you start watching now.

"Scream: The TV Series" airs on MTV Tuesdays at 10/9c. Check it out and I promise you will not be disappointed!

The Unwritten Rules Of "Talking"

What is "talking?" How does one "talk?"

Now that it seems “talking” is the new way to date, and will stay that way until another idiotic term is used to describe the people who can’t settle down and just date someone, I feel as if it’s time to go over the unwritten rules of “talking.”

Rule 1. Having feeling without feeling.

What's up Asshat,

I've composed a list of things that I wish upon you, and they're harsh and cruel. These things are things that I wouldn't wish upon my worst of enemies, not even that Starbuck's barista who always screws up my order, not even him. You fall into a whole other category of hate. You surpass Starbucks barista. Congratulations, I'm actually a pretty nice person, making you worthy of every single bit of torture I wish upon you. What are these things I wish upon you you might ask?
