In June of 2013, I traveled to Italy with classmates, teachers, and parents. The trip to Greece was lovely, but Italy? Eh.
I'll show you why you should absolutely never think of going to Italy:
Rome is just full of boring rocks
No traces of history or of beauty whatsoever.
St. Peter's Basilica isn't all that.
And the Colosseum is really lame.
Especially at Night
The Roman Forum is nothing special
The inside of churches have ugly statues
The outside of churches are ugly too
Save the trip to Florence. It's dull.
Venice is not all it's cracked up to be.
It looks better in magazines
The Canals are disgusting
St. Mark's Square is just.....ugh.
Vatican City is boring
I don't know about you but I am unimpressed
Save yourself the money, the trip, and the work to get to Italy. As you can see Italy is not a place you want to spend your time, as I obviously showed you in this article. Just don't go, ok? You'll be glad you didn't.
