5 Reasons Why Your Dog Should Be Your Best Friend
Caroline Courson

1. They love you unconditionally.

Unlike people, your pup will love you no matter what. Their sense of loyalty is so strong that there isn't anything you could do to make your dog love you less. While humans are always trying to find the next best person, your dog will always see you as the best possible person for them. You are their whole world.

2. With them, you'll never be alone.

Your dog can't stand to be without you, not even for five seconds. They'll follow you to the kitchen, to the mailbox and even to the bathroom. I can't even take a shower without my dog peaking through the shower curtain to make sure I'm still there. It can be a tad annoying at times, but it's mostly endearing.

3. You'll always have a cuddle buddy.

Your dog will always be down to snuggle up next to you and watch a movie. They love the attention and affection, so cuddling is always a viable option. They enjoy your company so much so that sometimes, they won't just sit next to you, they'll sit on you.

4. They motivate you to exercise.

Your dog needs to run around and get some exercise just as much as you do, so why not exercise together? Whether it be a run around the neighborhood or a long hike up a mountain, your dog will always be there to accompany you. They tend to have more endurance and speed than you do, so having your pup with you while exercising will push yourself to be better, faster and stronger.

5. They greet you like they haven't seen you in years every time they see you.

No matter how crappy your day may have been, you can always count on a warm welcome from your pup to cheer you up. As soon as they see you, they attack you with puppy kisses and love. You can see in their eyes how much they missed you and how happy they are to have you home.

To them, you are their whole entire world. No one on this earth can compare to you in their eyes. The love they have for you is so pure and endless that it's hard to believe something can love you that much. They give you every ounce of love that they have, and that's why puppy love is the best love.

6 Signs You Are An English Major

There are various stereotypes about college students, most of which revolve around the concept of your major. Unfortunately, we often let stereotypes precede our own judgments, and we take what information is immediately available to us rather than forming our own opinions after considerable reflection. If I got a dollar for every time my friends have made a joke about my major I could pay my tuition. One stereotype on campus is the sensitive, overly critical and rigid English major. Here are six telltale signs you are one of them.

However, I feel we can learn some pretty valuable stuff from television shows. "The Office," while a comedy, has some pretty teachable moments thrown in there. You may not know how to react in a situation where a co-worker does something crazy (like put your office supplies in jello) but thanks to "The Office," now you'll have an idea how to behave ifsomething like that should happen.

Here are just a few of the things that religious Office watchers can expect to learn.
