Why Do Women Prefer To Go Braless?

It's like freeing the nipple, but without actually freeing it.

Every girl lives for that time of day when she can just whip off her bra and spend the rest of the day braless. Unless, of course, there are the girls who wear sports bras everywhere (and in which case, I applaud you). Whipping off the fabric wired cage off of one's chest feels like heaven.

There are many girls out there who are blessed with breasts that are ideally sized for going braless. Then there are girls out there who live with bigger chests and they are told by others, such as society, that they need to wear a bra with an underwire to keep their breasts in place.

But why do we really wear bras? It is basically implanted by society that girls should wear bras underneath their clothes. So why can't girls just go braless? I don't think breast sie matters when going braless. Some people may say that those who have a bigger chest should always wear bras, no matter what. But I don't think that those with bigger chests should feel discriminated against because of their size. If a girl with a bigger chest wants to go braless, she should not feel weirded out by it.

I have a big chest. I always wear a bra. There have only been a few times when I actually went braless out in public. It was not very noticeable since I wore a sweater overtop. It felt pretty great. I didn't really regret those moments.

Going braless felt great, my breasts weren't as confined and I didn't need to constantly reposition them as often in the cups of the bra.

I don't see a problem with girls, who have a big chest, going braless. One would feel looser and more comfortable without one, and besides, there is no wire that'd be digging into the skin during the day too.

So why should girls go braless if they have a big chest?

They should go braless because they can redefine the stereotype that it is only socially acceptable for girls with a smaller chest to go braless in public. They should not feel slut-shamed just because those with small breasts are socially accepted to go braless.

Let's free the nipples under our shirts, girls.

7 Ways to Make Your Language More Transgender and Nonbinary Inclusive

With more people becoming aware of transgender and non-binary people, there have been a lot of questions circulating online and elsewhere about how to be more inclusive. Language is very important in making a space safer for trans and non-binary individuals. With language, there is an established and built-in measure of whether a place could be safe or unsafe. If the wrong language is used, the place is unsafe and shows a lack of education on trans and non-binary issues. With the right language and education, there can be more safe spaces for trans and non-binary people to exist without feeling the need to hide their identities or feel threatened for merely existing.

Blair Waldorf
Stop Hollywood

For those of you who have watched "Gossip Girl" before (and maybe more than just once), you know how important of a character Blair Waldorf is. Without Blair, the show doesn’t have any substance, scheme, or drama. Although the beginning of the show started off with Blair’s best friend Serena returning from boarding school, there just simply is no plot without Blair. With that being said, Blair’s presence in the show in much more complex than that. Her independent and go-getter ways have set an example for "Gossip Girl" fans since the show started and has not ended even years after the show ended. Blair never needed another person to define who she was and she certainly didn’t need a man to do that for her. When she envisioned a goal, she sought after it, and took it. This is why Blair’s demeanor encompasses strong women like her.

singing
Cambio

Singing is something I do all day, every day. It doesn't matter where I am or who's around. If I feel like singing, I'm going to. It's probably annoying sometimes, but I don't care -- I love to sing! If I'm not singing, I'm probably humming, sometimes without even realizing it. So as someone who loves to sing, these are some of the feelings and thoughts I have probably almost every day.
