I could sit here and go on and on about my obsession with the world around me and my constant need to explore it. I still don't think it would be enough for anyone to fully grasp how much it really does mean to me. I started a blog series a while back called "A Girl That Doesn't Desire A Dream Life", which in itself touched people in a way I couldn't believe. It featured a lot of pieces in my life, but mostly my lessons through travel. Though I stopped writing the series very briefly after it started, I knew it wasn't the end of me sending the positive message that traveling instills.
So here I am, back at it again.
There are a million things I could say about why exploring the world is so crucial to expanding your knowledge as a human being but I don't intend on you reading a novel so I shall keep it brief.
The art in itself is a life changing experience.
Though when I say art, it can be defined in far more than a painting...many of times you can find it in things like architecture and horticulture. Things that change depending on lifestyle and how different cities in general are built. Art is everywhere, its just how you view it. Appreciating the differences in what we may consider beautiful in one place may be vastly different to another.
Food is different everywhere you go. Travel doesn't always have to mean "worldly", simply going to the next state or even city over can introduce you to things you have never tried before.

Changes in weather are always a good way to try something new. If you are continually one to chose tropical hideaways for your vacations, give something else a shot. You may surprise yourself and grow to admire something you would think not. Take a moment to enjoy the clouds, the rain, and the beauty that follows the storms.
Understanding and gaining general knowledge of not only history throughout the world, but their current lifestyle and culture variations, can and will make you feel more well rounded and compassionate towards situations you may have not been in before.
I know that for me personally, during my travels it gives me the rare chance to actually sit and think, something we often as humans forget to do. Life becomes this ever churning routine that doesn't give you much room to dream or live much even. Traveling to new lands gives you that change to kind of remove yourself from the radar and just have your moment. Your moment to self reflect. Your moment to grow in mind and thought. Your moment to just love.
Fall in love. Fall for the city, the people, the feeling you get when you walk outside somewhere you have never been before. Fall in love with traveling each and every time you do it. Don't let that spirit die. That is what traveling does...it keeps that part of you alive, so you don't ever dim. You won't ever lose the thirst for knowledge, the adrenaline, the need to explore and try new things, or the want to find true love.
