So you’re sitting there thinking to yourself that the United States has got itself into a huge mess politically. Trump vs. Clinton. You think to yourself, “I won’t even vote.” Well, you should, you really should. Sure, you may think that it’s like choosing between Satan and female Satan, but utilizing our right to vote is what makes this country different and better than any other country on earth. People fought and died for our right to vote. That is why voting is important, too many people have gone through life without that right. This election has had a record low of favorability between the two candidates. The American people seem to be stuck in a tough place. Many of you may be unsure about what to do, but there is a method to the madness in politics. It may feel like the American people are getting cheated or that we as a nation are victims of a rigged system, but there is no system without our votes and our voices. Come November 8, this country will be at a crossroads. The only way for our political preferences to be achieved: first, we must make our voices heard. This election is the one where America will take a major step and we shall signal to the world what we as a people stand for. So even if you hate both of the candidates, please do not take your right to vote for granted. A large number of people say that they will simply not vote; well, that is how a broken system continues to fracture. It is only with our votes and our voices that we can begin to make America the country we want it to be, and the country that we all know it truly is.
