Why TheLazylazyme Is The Best YouTube Channel For Music

To those who insist and require themselves to consistently listen to good, vibey music then you must, I repeat, must subscribe to the YouTube channel, TheLazylazyme. This wonderful collage of vibes is a safe-haven to anyone who cringes at the sounds of pop music; who audibly sighs when, amongst a group of people, irrelevant trap music is blared, and to anyone who truly does not understand people’s obsession and appreciation of bad music.

I discovered this channel on a whim when a band called, Parks, Squares, and Alleys, appeared on the recommended section of YouTube. I wanted to discover something new, so I checked them out and I was hooked. I downloaded the song entitled, “We’re Not Just Friends,” by Parks, Squares and Alleys after jamming out to the song for a few days, and wondering why I had not yet done so. I did not realize at the time that the channel providing me with this tune was TheLazylazyme (so, I guess you can say I did not discover the channel with “We’re Not Just Friends,” but it brought me closer to the treasure, so I guess in a way I did discover TheLazylazyme with Parks, Squares, and Alleys? I’m sorry, I’m rambling, let me get back to it), so when I wanted to hear more unreal vibes, I examined the recommended section in hopes of finding more. I eventually cam across some found groovy songs, “Overthinking” by Acid Ghost, and "Dream Girl" by No Vacation. After these discoveries, and due to my recommended’s spitting out more of these tasty tunes, I decided to do some investigating as to where they were coming from, and if they were coming from the same channel. Lo' and behold, these three songs, and the other groovy songs I was checking out all came from TheLazylazyme. Right then and there I clicked that red subscribed button and have been blessed with a plethora of gorgeous songs ever since.

What really is cool about TheLazylazyme is the creator’s intention of just wanting to share good music with the public, as stated in the description section of the “About” tab of the channel, “I do not own any of these, I’m just a fan of good music.” Believe me, the music is “good,” as I have had to download roughly a hundred of the songs onto my iPod (yes, I still have an iPod. It is not broken, and it works fine, and with an Android phone I need another device to properly store music, and I do not intend on spending money on another phone. Besides, it saves battery on my phone with this inclusion and I can just leave it in my car and not have to worry about…damn it, I’m rambling again) because I need those bad boys in my car, in my ears, everywhere. The way the creator has access to these songs is by looking them up on each band’s respected Bandcamp, and if it is sweet enough, it goes onto the channel, with the band’s prior discretion of course. Another respectable thing about this channel are the people who have also subscribed to the channel. Their comments, in the comments sections of each song, are all peaceful and do not disparage either the efforts of the channel’s creator or the band. Instead, they are all positive and encourage discussions about the songs and the channel, as each commenter is genuinely interested about high quality music as it is common to see comments that relate a song or a band to another band or song they had heard before.

After listening to more of these songs, and reading the comments section, one can see that the same people are listening to the same songs you are and it is like seeing a familiar face. It feels like a welcoming environment, but on YouTube, which normally contains trolls on trolls on trolls, who want nothing more than to alleviate their insecurities by frustrating the likes of others. I have yet to see a negative or uncalled for remark on any of the songs, and I feel like I won’t have to because the people who circulate this channel, like myself, only want to jam out and listen to some great tunes.

I’m telling you, indie lovers, vibey-music lovers, and lovers of good music in general, you need this channel in your life. Not only will you find dope songs, and be welcomed into an agreeable community of other good music lovers, but you are supporting artists who deserve support. These artists are actual artists. The music they create is not redundant nonsense, it is personal, well-crafted and means something, which apparently is a lot to ask for in music these days. What this channel is also showing is the creation and development of this “new wave” genre and it is freaking cool. I can only imagine it growing, and expanding, and you don’t want to miss out on that or not be a part of its beginnings, because that would blow, dude. It is the best Youtube channel out there in terms of music. Subscribe, do it, you will thank me later.

birthday party

My birthday has never been my favorite holiday. I've found that I'm more excited to celebrate my friends' and family members' birthdays more than my own. I don't like being the center of attention, so I usually celebrate over dinner with a small group of family and friends. This way, I can enjoy myself naturally without feeling like I have to entertain everyone and make sure they are satisfied. In the past when I've had large parties, I was so nervous that people weren't perfectly content that I didn't enjoy myself at my own celebration.

College Informations

Most of us have already started the spring semester, and for those of you who haven't started yet, you suck.

It seems like coming back from winter break wouldn't really be a break all things considered, since we all come back to school and pick up right where we left off. We know exactly what to expect, yet we're unprepared every single time.

I'm serious

There are tons of unisex names that are popular: Taylor, Alex, Bailey, etc. There are also numerous names that are used for both sexes, but they’re not seen as “unisex” yet. People are slowly becoming accustomed to the dual use of these names, but for the most part, in their minds they associate certain names with certain sexes. And that leaves those of us with these names in many awkward situations.

I'm an anthropology major, and I love every minute of it. I couldn't tell you why, but I guess there's just something about studying different lifestyles that absolutely fascinates me. But anthropology majors definitely have our weird sides, especially when you go to a school that is filled with mostly Business and Bio majors. But us weirdos definitely have a lot in common, specifically these 16 things.

pale girl

Everyone has insecurities, that's just a fact. You didn't ask to be born this way. You didn't ask to inherit the one trait no one else in your family has. And you definitely didn't ask to be this ghostly white. But as soon as you've learned to live with it for a while (less wrinkles later on in life, right? right???) someone has to ruin it for you. They have to flaunt they're perfectly tanned body from Spring Break and hold their sun-kissed skin against yours. But I've had enough... here are the things that perpetually pale individuals are tired of hearing.
