I am guilty of being a millennial who has job hopped. I have held jobs in various industries and some that are of zero interest to me. If I couldn't have my dream job right away, I felt that I should at least be learning new skills along the way and making money. No one really lands the perfect job straight out of college, maybe some people do, but I also think that hurts individuals more than helps them. I have experienced some really crappy positions, but if I didn't, I would never have landed a position at my dream company.
