I am 20 years old and I am deeply worried about this Presidential election. This is the first national election I am eligible to vote in, and my choices are terrifying. While having a woman actually in the running of the election is a huge milestone for women everywhere, our choice to represent us as women is a horrible one. Then on the other running ticket is a man who has no political experience, who may have some good ideas but is perceived as a bully. Another aspect that makes this election one of the worst in America's history is social media and propaganda. Let's break this down in each part, a lot of people are uninformed voters, both young and old, and they don't know who to believe.

In the aspect of Hillary Clinton running for President, she is qualified in the aspect of her political experience. Clinton got her first taste of politics when she became First Lady of The United States in 1993 and serving until 2001. After, Clinton then ran and received a seat in the Senate in 2000 in New York until 2007 when Clinton first began desires of running for President of the United States. When it was evident that President Barack Obama would receive the Democratic Nomination Hillary conceded. When President Obama became President, Clinton was then appointed to Secretary of State in 2007 until 2013 after the Benghazi incident. Then in 2015 Clinton announced she would be in the running for the next Presidential Race.

Concerns have arrived since Clinton has received the Democratic Nomination. One would be that there is still 33,000 emails missing from the Benghazi incident, many believe (specifically the FBI) that these emails contain information about the murders of four Americans in the Benghazi incident. Another large reason people have a problem with Clinton is that people can not trust Clinton. If you type in "Clinton Scandals" in on Google you get 58,200,000 hits. Many are blogs and others are from news sources around the nation. These scandals have followed Clinton throughout her election. Many people are questioning the character of Clinton and her health. Many democrats believe that Clinton has moved away from Democratic Values.

As for the Republican Nominee, Donald Trump this is where things get even more sticky. Trump has had no political experience, which is not the core problem. Past Presidents have not always had political experience. The main problem with Trump is that he has never had a filter. People are seeing allegations of rape scandals, people have seen the remarks that Trump has made regarding women, minorities, and more. The people of the United States have found great offense to this, especially millennials. Trump also has been caught in various lies throughout debates leading up to the present. People have also come out and said that Trump has done them wrong when they have done work for his company. Many people believe that if Trump wins the nation's foreign relations will also be gone.

As for the fact of social media, it influences everyone. Old and young people have some form of social media that they get their 'news' from. Millenials have engulfed social media in their lives and swear by sites like Twitter, and Facebook religiously. People see an article on Facebook or Twitter with a title like "Hillary's Reasons for Hiding 33,000 Emails" or "Illness Affects Candidate's Campaign" and people run with it. Next thing you know, Trump could have lost a hand (clearly still attached) and Clinton is on her deathbed. With today's ability to access information, whether it is true or false, people believe they are informed. Social Media and the Internet causes propaganda in this century word spreads like wildfire.

As a fellow millennial, I still don't know 100% who I am voting for. I am trying to find information on not only the main candidates but on third-party candidates also. As a Democrat who is supposed to be liberal, I have conservative values also. I, too, am guilty of seeing propaganda put out by people and believing it. But I have learned that not everything is to be taken of value. If you find information make sure it is from a credible site; .org, websites are typically a safe bet. Don't believe Wikipedia pages, anyone can go in and change the pages. I think that either way, the next four years could be very dangerous for our country. Before November 8th, do research on ALL candidates, Trump, Clinton, and third parties. Never forget that your vote DOES matter. Be an informed voter and know what your candidate believes in, if your values match with them. Hopefully, on November 8th the people of this nation have made a good choice.

For the average 20-something, life moves pretty fast. You’ve got classes, friends, relationships, jobs, family, and whatever else we overcommit ourselves with. I probably should have learned to say no to adding more to my schedule a long time ago, but instead here are 11 things that can be more helpful than coffee.

Resting b***h face. Defined as a person, usually a girl, who naturally looks mean when her face is expressionless, without meaning to. Many of you suffer from this "condition." College students, you might be able to relate to this one. These probably sound familiar because we often tell ourselves these phrases; however, we are unable to follow or agree with these the following, deep down inside of our overwhelmed, tired minds.

1. "No more spending money on useless things"

For the past few months, I have not been my usual happy-go-lucky-self for a number of reasons, but one thing that has been helping me is to think about all of the little things in my life that I am thankful for. I know this might seem really cliché, but it is so true. I cannot stress enough how much better I feel when I think about all the great people and privileges I have in my life. It makes all of the insignificant things that I am stressing about or worrying about in my head seem not nearly as bad. I have decided to make a list of 26 things (out of many more) in my life that I am especially thankful for.
