This seasonal allergy is an allergic reaction to the pollen of mountain cedar trees. Luckily for us Texans, mountain cedar trees grow naturally and are also the most allergenic tree in Central Texas, explaining why the majority of us are suffering (Woohoo!).

As I’m sure you’ve noticed this holiday season, heaviest pollination occurs from December to February, causing strong allergic reactions!
