I've been known to binge watch myself into a state where I don't know what day or time it is, I've also grown attached to the characters and storylines these shows offer, none have been quite like Quantico. Quantico offers something different that draws you in and keeps you hooked.
1. You're constantly guessing
No matter what part of the season you're in, you're constantly asking yourself if what you believe about someone is true or if another character is the bad guy.
2. It has a very strong female lead
Not many shows on TV these days have a female lead character that young girls and even older women can look up to, Quantico does. Alex Parrish (Priyanka Chopra) is a bad-ass who doesn't care what others think about her, she does what she believes is right.
3. The diversity
The actors and actresses come from all different backgrounds, you have a veteran both on the show and in real life (Jake McLaughlin), you have a Muslim woman (Yasmin Al Massari), an English man (Russell Tovey) and an Indian woman (Priyanka Chopra).
4. The men *insert heart eyes emoji*
I mean COME ON, Jake McLaughlin, Josh Hopkins, Graham Rodgers, Aaron Diaz, Blair Underwood and Jacob Artist just to name a few.
5. It's not stereotypical
Sure, in the first season they, "blame the brown girl," however things aren't always as they seem. The writers could've easily chosen anyone of the stereotypical suspects when it comes to terrorism but they broke the mold.
If you want to start watching Quantico, the first season is on Netflix, the first half of second season is on ABC.com and the rest of season two will start premiering January 23rd at 10/9c p.m.
