I am a self-diagnosed Disney addict. I love everything that Disney does. That being said, I believe that their newest movie, "Moana", is one of the best, if not THE best that they have ever done.

1. Moana has no love story to it...

Unless of course, you count Moana's love for the ocean!

2. It's about an ethnic princess

Who is voice acted by an ethnic princess! Auli'i Cravalho is from Hawaii!

3. It depicts a strong independent young woman

4. Who knows what she wants

5. Moana isn't about glass slippers and balls

Instead of being a real princess, she is the next in line to be the chief of her village.

6. They have tattoos!!!

7. It shows the importance of family

8. And has cute pets

9. Great new Disney songs

That I may or may not know all the lyrics to already...

10. A character voiced by The Rock

11. And a unique story that includes Gods and Demigods
