Whenever I'm struggling on what to write on, my mind usually wanders back to my boyfriend. As cliche as that is, he is very important to me and I figured I would share with you all of the things that make him who he is and why I love him so much.

1. He has one dimple on his left cheek that you can see when he smiles his real smile, even though he never smiles for pictures.

2. He is incapable of walking on solid ground without tripping yet is really great at sports.

3. When I'm tired of walking he gives me piggy back rides.

4. He wipes my tears away before they fall and then makes me laugh as hard as I can just to see me smile.

5. In the middle of the night while we are asleep, if he wakes up and we're on opposite ends of the bed he pulls me close and holds me tight.

6. He is a horrible texter, so instead he calls me whenever he has the chance just to talk to me.

7. He stays on the phone with me late at night until I get tired enough to fall asleep.

8. He buys me flowers and chocolate for no reason.

9. He is confident without being arrogant and smart without being ignorant.

10. He is completely tone deaf but that doesn't stop him from singing and it never fails to make me smile when he sings in the car with me.

11. He loves movies and Disney almost as much as I do.

12. He is a good friend to everyone around him, especially to me.

13. He listens to all of my gossip even though he really doesn't want to hear it.

14. He is great with kids and babies.

15. He brings me pizza while I lay in his bed watching Grey's Anatomy.

16. He loves animals and dogs.

17. Even though we say in most of the time, he will always plan amazing adventures and dates for the both of us.

18. We both like doing arts and crafts.

19. He is over a foot taller than me but never makes me feel small.

20. He is fearless and always up for a challenge.

21. We can stay up all night just talking and making each other laugh.

22. He can snowboard and ski, and is very patient when trying to teach me even though I am physically unable to.

23. He let's me pick whatever we eat for dinner.

24. He is always honest, no matter what.

25. He thinks I'm beautiful even when I'm in pajamas with my hair a mess, and he always reminds me of how beautiful he thinks I am.

26. He supports my decisions no matter what they may be.

27. He never pushes me to do something I don't want to do, and is always encouraging when I am trying new things.

28. I can spend days with him without ever getting bored or tired of him.

29. He is kind, thoughtful and generous to everyone important to him.

30. He ends every phone call with a kiss, even in front of his friends.

31. He is my absolute best friend and favorite person in the world and I wouldn't want it any other way.

I love you too much.

Being a part of any organization undoubtedly comes with the pitfalls of being grouped into negative stereotypes, and sororities are certainly no exception. Here are the top few things, that I find at least, are some of the most irritating misconceptions that find their way into numerous conversations...

There are plenty of obstacles that come when taking care of kids, but it's a very rewarding experience.

As a college student, being a nanny over the summer is both enjoyable and challenging. Underneath the seemingly perfect trips to the pool or countless hours spent playing Monopoly are the obstacles that only nannies will understand. Trading in your valuable summer vacation in return for three months spent with a few children less than half your age may seem unappealing, but so many moments make it rewarding. For my fellow summer nannies out there, I know you can relate.
