Why I Love Disney Villains
Quotes Grams

Growing up, Disney was my life. Before school, after school, or when I was with friends: I was watching it 24/7. During my childhood, I wanted to be a Disney princess like Ariel, Mulan, and Aurora. But Disney villains, not so much. I cried every time I saw a Disney villain. It was bad. One time, I went to a Disney ice skating show for my fifth birthday. The Little Mermaid was on, and when Ursula came out, I started to cry and my parents had to leave the show with me because I couldn't stop crying!

Now, I still watch Disney (yeah, I'm 21...bite me) but, as I grow up, Disney princesses are becoming a thing of the past. Why? Disney villians are the bomb.com. I'm a college student and they explain my LIFE so much. Disney villains are sarcastic and so am I. They don't play by the rules and that's why I love them.

This explains my mood right now. In college, the tough choices are when I should get up for school or whether I can afford to skip the next class. Or quitting school...or eating junk food...

Ursula's vibes really resonate with me on this quote, because, honestly, life is full of tough choices...like eating healthy...or sleeping...you get the picture. In the movie, Ursula does whatever she wants and she doesn't care what anyone else thinks of it. Even though I wouldn't try to marry Ariel's Eric, or to steal her voice, I give props to her for doing it. It's Ursula's way or the highway!

This is my life motto. It blows my mind how people can irritate me now that I'm in college. For example, people who like Donald Trump (like seriously?!??!), a girl in my class who loves taking quizzes (not joking when she said that) It's just common sense, people. This one girl in my class literally asked me why I don't have a Chanel purse (btw, I was wearing sweatpants). To give you a clearer picture, she looked like a Regina George. Scar, you have to deal with tons of idiots, and so do I.

And, lastly, my favorite Disney villain: Hades! Hades's temper might get the best of him, but he always comes up with a one liner to restore his cool dude status. College is rough, man. Tests, quizzes, so many assignments that your pile looks like a piece of crap. And when I get pissed off, I really get pissed off. Like for today, my math teacher yelled at me for no reason because I asked a simple question, and I wanted to bite back, but hey, you know what? I have a B+ in that class, so I'm fine. Hades is the bomb.com

Overall, Disney villains are the best. Who cares about Disney princesses and when they whine if they don't get their way? Disney villains show who's boss and when they lose, they try again, even though they know it won't be easy. Thanks Disney villains for showing up in my life. <3

Creating your schedule for the upcoming semester can be an exciting process. You have the control to decide if you want to have class two-days a week or five-days a week. You get to check things off of your requirement checklist. It's an opportunity for a fresh start with new classes (which you tell yourself you'll never skip.) This process, which always starts out so optimistic, can get frustrating really quickly. Here are 25 thoughts you have when registering for classes.

10 Thoughts Of A 5th Year Senior

What about those of us who don't do it all in four years?

"College will be the best four years of your life" is a phrase that we have all heard growing up. College is painted as a magical place to us while we are in high school. A place you go to learn, meet your best friends and probably have the time of your life while all of this is going down. Four whirlwind years, where everything that you've known changes and you start to learn what it means to live on your own, have a job, etc. But what about those of us who don't do this all in four years? Major changes, hard courses, switching schools, career paths changing, these are just a handful of factors that could extend your four years to five, six or seven. There is nothing wrong with taking extra time to graduate, but returning as a fifth-year is a little different. Most of your best friends have most likely graduated and moved and while you may be one of the oldest undergraduates on campus, you might feel as awkward as a freshmen. A world that became home and comfortable to you is still there but it's slightly different than you've known it to be and you have to find a groove to fall into. These are thoughts you'll have as you look ahead to returning to your college campus, with a victory lap planned.

11 Times Aubrey Plaza Described Sophomore Year

"I don't want to do things. I want to do not things."

Aubrey Plaza is one of my favorite humans in Hollywood. She's honest, blunt, unapologetic, and hilarious. I just started my sophomore year of college, and found that some of her best moments can accurately describe the start of the school year.

1. When your advisor tells you that you should declare a major soon.

2. Seeing the lost and confused freshmen and remembering that was you a short year ago, and now being grateful you know the ins and outs of the campus.

3. Going to the involvement fair to sign up for more clubs knowing that you are already too involved.

4. When you actually do the reading required for the first class.

5. Seeing your friends for the first time since last semester.

6. When you're already drowning in homework during syllabus week.

7. Realizing you don't have the same excitement for classes as you did as a freshman.

8. Going home and seeing people from high school gets weirder the older you get.
