They're perfectly imperfect.

Why Jim And Pam Are The Ultimate #RelationshipGoals

Ever since I began watching "The Office," I have become obsessed with Jim and Pam's relationship. If you haven't seen the television show, then something is seriously wrong. Now, for all of my "One Tree Hill" fans out there, yes, I hear you. Nathan and Haley are #RelationshipGoals. But, Jim and Pam deserve some love here. WARNING: This article contains spoilers. You've been warned.

1. They started in the friend zone

Pam Beesly and Jim Halpert work together in the Dunder Mifflin office, Jim being in sales while Pam works as the receptionist. Pam had been engaged to a man named Roy who worked in the warehouse. Jim and Pam had formed such a fun and close friendship and the audience could just tell that there was something there between the two of them. At the end of the day, however, Pam was still engaged to someone else. In the end, as we can see, they successfully got off of the struggle bus we all know as the friend zone, but it took a bit of work to get there.

2. They are best friends

The perks of dating your best friend is knowing that you can always be yourself in front of them. The best is when you can tag team together to pull pranks on other people.

3. They have always been honest with each other

Jim expressed to Pam how he felt for her even though she was engaged to Roy. Jim may have not gotten the reaction he might have expected in the beginning, but Pam realized she had to be honest with herself. A few moments later, they had their first kiss.

Communication is key, ladies and gentlemen.

4. Their love never faded—even through long-distance

Jim completely supported Pam as she fulfilled her dream to go to design school in New York while Jim stayed in Scranton. Sure, long-distance is not for everyone and that is OK, but Jim and Pam showed that when you really love someone, love has no distance.

5. They have their differences

Fighting and disagreements are 100% normal in a relationship. They accept the fact that even though they may not always see eye to eye, it is okay because they are their own individuals and that is totally fine.

6. Jim loves the fact that Pam is a complete dork

When you love someone, you love them for who they truly are; flaws and all. They both know that they are imperfect and love each other for it each day.

7. Jim was convinced since day 1 that Pam was his only one

Jim shows that when you meet your soulmate—whether you believe in that term or not—you just know. *Cue the sobbing

8. They are all about the simple things

Probably one of the best moments of "The Office" was Jim proposing to Pam outside of a rest stop. What made it so special was the fact that it was just the two of them enjoying the moment together. Even though big and crazy proposals are nice, this one just did it for me.

9. Their wedding was absolutely perfect

There they go again with hitting me right in the feels. Before their actual wedding ceremony, Jim and Pam ran away to have a private and very intimate wedding ceremony at Niagara Falls. Then to top it off, they had their friends and family dance it out to Chris Brown's "Forever" during their other wedding ceremony.

10. Through thick and thin, they are always there for each other

Jim and Pam are each other's support system and they have no problem lifting each other up when the other has fallen down.

11. All in all, they are REAL

Jim and Pam have never been a fairy-tale and perfect couple. They had their struggles and some really heart-tugging moments. Movies and television shows have a habit of displaying unrealistic relationships and we all know it. While some may argue that Jim and Pam's relationship isn't achievable, I beg to differ. Their relationship is so real that it gives people hope that one day, they will find the Jim to their Pam. Don't give up, folks!

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!

RBF, or resting b*tch face, is a serious condition that many people suffer from worldwide. Suffers are often bombarded with daily questions such as "Are you OK?" and "Why are you so mad?" If you have RBF, you've probably had numerous people tell you to "just smile!"

While this question trend can get annoying, there are a couple of pros to having RBF.

Another day, another Elle Woods comment. Can’t us blondes get through the day without someone harping at us over the typical stereotypes about who we are? I never understood why a person was judged based upon the hair color they were born with, or the hair color they choose to have (unless you dye your hair blue like Kylie Jenner, I’m still trying to understand why that’s a trend). Nevertheless, as it should be assumed, not everyone is the same. Not all blondes like bright colors and Lilly Pulitzer, and not all blondes claim to identify with Marilyn Monroe. I think the best suggestion to give to people before they make such radical claims is to stop judging a book by its cover. Or in this case, stop judging a blonde by her hair color.
