My boyfriend and I have been dating for almost three years, but we have known each other since the fourth grade. We have grown up together. I don’t remember a world without him and I don’t want to think of a world without him (mushy, I know).

He is the person I go to for advice and comfort. He is in my fav 5. Whenever anything happens, good and bad, I go to him first. But, isn’t that part of being in a relationship?

Going through life together as a team.

He is my best friend and I don’t think this could work out so well if he wasn’t. Your significant other should be the one you go to about everything, they should be your number 1 fan. You know the saying, "marry your best friend?" So why wouldn’t you date them? Most people don’t get married without some type of courtship.

If we weren’t best friends we wouldn’t have the fun and silly memories we have. All the laughs and jokes would be there. With best friends there are some comforts that just friends don’t have. The relationship is always easy and honest. It just eves and flows and there’s very rarely drama, so why wouldn’t you want to have that in a significant other.

Best friends see you at your best and at your worst, so does my boyfriend. He sees me when I am a raging lunatic and when I am as sweet as can be, yet he loves me just the same. He tells me when I’m far off and I need to bring it back in. He challenges me to be a better person and supports me in all that I dream to do.

Those are just SOME of the amazing qualities he possess, why wouldn’t I want that in a best friend and significant other?

He is my best friend and my boyfriend and I wouldn’t want it any other way!

Bob's Burgers
Adult Swim

Bob's Burgers is arguably one of the best and most well-written shows on tv today. That, and it's just plain hilarious. From Louise's crazy antics to Tina's deadpan self-confidence, whether they are planning ways to take over school or craft better burgers, the Belchers know how to have fun. They may not be anywhere close to organized or put together, but they do offer up some wise words once and awhile.

We're in college, none of us actually have anything together. In fact, not having anything together is one of our biggest stressors. However, there's a few little things that we do ever so often that actually make us feel like we have our lives together.

1. Making yourself dinner

And no this does not include ramen or Annie's Mac & Cheese. Making a decent meal for yourself is one of the most adult things you can do living on campus. And the food is much better than it would be at the dining hall.

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.
