For the past year or so, I have been crazy about Huda Kattan, one of the most popular, well-known beauty bloggers in the world. Her Instagram page has over 19 million followers from all over the world. She has influenced the world of beauty so much in the last couple of years and has become a beauty guru that inspires many on a daily basis.
Her beauty line, Huda Beauty, is originally based out of Dubai and first started out selling her famous false lashes. In 2016, she launched three new products, including the lip contour, liquid lipsticks, and an eyeshadow palette (and may I say, it's by far my favorite eyeshadow palette!). In 2017, she launched more liquid lipstick colors and two 3D highlighter palettes (which I just bought and am totally obsessed with!). Her makeup line was originally available at the Sephora stores in the UAE but she has expanded to the Sephora stores in the US and other countries as well. Huda Kattan is literally beauty, brains, and girl boss all in one!!
Here are some of the reasons why she's my role model...
1. One woman = dominating the world of beauty, literally all over the world
2. She's a mother, a wife, and an ultra-successful business woman. She has clearly managed to do what she loves, build a family, raise a child, and be successful.
3. Built her beauty line from the bare minimum and is expanding it constantly.
4. Her work and family brings her immense amount of joy and you can see it through her Snapchats and her Instagram posts/stories.
5. She's living life to the fullest and is constantly encouraging women to be themselves!
I truly think Huda Kattan is someone to look up to. She's an inspiration to women all over the world, especially me. She is fearlessly living her life with positivity and remains close to her family and friends. Huda Kattan has built a company from the ground up and manages it all with the help of her sister, Mona. I think she's fully captured the importance of happiness, family, and independence. She's inspired me and showed me that a woman can raise a family, be a successful girl boss, and dominate the world all at the same time!
