Why I'm a first time voter and will not vote in this election

This spring, I was excited to have an opportunity to vote in the upcoming election when my parents told me I was eligible to vote. Unfortunately, I have decided not to vote because I find it embarrassing to vote for one of these 2 candidates.

How can myself and several other Americans vote for "Crooked" Hillary Clinton, a candidate who has jeopardized America's security over the years. It's hard for me voting someone that's a liar into office when everyone knows she lied about the infamous email scandal. In addition, I wholeheartedly agree with Donald Trump's saying "Hillary has worked in office for the last 30 years yet hasn't accomplished anything." Furthermore, Hillary clearly broke rules at the debates with her hand signals to the moderators throughout all 3.

There have been a lot of times that have left me lost for words while thinking about Donald Trump. First off, America has never seen a candidate run for office having never had any experience beforehand. I find it impossible voting for Trump after the disgusting comments he made about women years ago that was leaked before the second debate. Trump is also a loose cannon which could rub someone the wrong way and cause him trouble if he gets elected into office.

There's no way I can even think about voting Hillary Clinton into office because how can anyone trust a liar as well as someone who wants to keep the "disappointing" Obamacare health program. In addition, I don't believe great progress will be made if America votes another 4 years of a democrat being in office.

Furthermore, it's extremely risky to vote a candidate who has no prior political experience whatsoever. I also can't vote for someone who doesn't treat everyone with respect at all times. There is also the fear of everyone not working together with each other if Trump gets elected into office since he rarely talks to House speaker Paul Ryan.

All in all, I am not regretting my decision to not vote in this upcoming election due in large part because of the weak candidates I and other fellow americans have to choose from.

18 Things I Want To Do Now That I'm 18

I'm technically an adult, so I'm legally required to live a little, right?

For the entirety of my high school career, I was always seen as the goody-two-shoes. I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?
