As we get into the heart of November, we notice one thing: the beards. No-Shave November is meant to be for men, but some women do it as well, not shaving their legs until its spring again. But what we all like to see is the guys not shaving and bringing out their fabulous beards. I personally love guys with beards, and November is the prime time to see those perfect beards. Celebrity guys do the beard the best, not all of them but some of them pull it off. Here is a top 10 list of who has the best beard for girls to look at and for guys to model their looks on. Here are those top 10 good-looking men with beards:

Robert Downey Jr.

Robert Downey Jr. is flawless, he is one of those people who gets better with age. He looks good in just about any movie he is in. Whether his beard is rough and untamed or full on Tony Stark Iron Man, he is like a god when he has a beard.

The Chrises (Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth and Chris Pine)

It is so hard to choose which Chris is better looking with a beard. I'd say they all rock the beard so well. It's like Chris-mas in here (It's like Christmas with the Chrises under my tree instead of presents!). Each Chris obviously brings something unique to the table when it comes to the beards and it's hard to choose which beard is more sexy and fantastic. I love the Chrises!

Colin O'Donoghue

Oh, God. He is so beautiful. Colin is so flawless, and his beard only intensifies his perfection. If you don't know Colin O'Donoghue, he plays Killian Jones or Captain Hook on "Once Upon a Time." When I look at his face, it makes me so happy. His beard is more like scruff, but it just makes him look 10 times sexier!

Scott Disick

I know that Scott isn't the best person right now, but if you look at his pictures you know that he deserves to be in this. Scott keeps his beard looking good, and he always tries to look good where ever he goes. I think he is looking fine, and his beard just adds to his sexy cute look.

The Gossip Guys (Ed Westwick and Chace Crawford)

These "Gossip Girl" men are two fine specimens who just happen to have beards. It doesn't really help that Ed Westwick has a super sexy British accent, as if he isn't sexy enough already. They both pull off a clean face as well as the rugged beard, so ladies, feel free to look at them all day.

Ian Somerhalder

I don't even know how to begin to describe how unbelievably sexy he is. Ian Somerhalder is like the prime example of how a beard can change someone's look but in a great way. He looks stunning with a clean shaven face, but he also looks so mysterious and gorgeous with a beard! Oh, he is like perfect.

Zachary Levi

Zachary Levi is a great example of how a beard can change a person completely. Don't get me wrong, he looks great without one, but with his beard he just looks so absolutely gorgeous. Zachary Levi was Chuck Bartowski on the TV show "Chuck" and he voiced Flynn Rider in Disney's "Tangled." So we know that he is talented in many areas and he is not just a sexy face with a beard.

Alex Pettyfer

I wanted to show some variety of men with beards so here is Alex Pettyfer. He is blonde, and there has only been one other bearded blonde man and that was Chris Hemsworth. Alex just looks so classy and mysterious at the same time, which is mainly because of his beard.

Bradley Cooper

Well helloooo. Bradley Cooper! We are looking at one of the sexiest men alive right now. He is a blondie (sort of, a dark blondie), so I thought that he and his beard should be in here. If he is good enough for Jennifer Lawrence, then he is good enough for me. They may be just friends, but I don't know how you could be only friends with that gorgeous man. His beard can only make him sexier, what doesn't kill you only makes you sexier.

The Supernatural Boys

I saved these boys for last because they are so amazing. Not only are they sexy but they are the cutest group of men ever, Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles, and Misha Collins are the quirkiest yet most attractive cast from a TV show ever. Alone, they all look so sexy and when they get together it's like an explosion of sexy bearded men, I love it! These "Supernatural" leads are so fantastic and cute, I think their beards make them look more rugged and foxy then they already are.

Look at all the bearded men! There are so many other celebrities as well as sexy regular guys out there with beards. These are the reasons that we all love No-Shave November, you get to look at these faces and how they look so pretty with their beards. The best part about beards is that they don't have to wait until November to have a beard or see guys with beards, they are here all year round, so go and enjoy. We all love beards!

Working in the restaurant industry is possibly the most fundamentally challenging occupation I have ever experienced when it comes to hospitality and customer service. When you go to a five-star restaurant you expect the time of your life, a two hour getaway, a walk through another time period (rustic Italy, France, Spain, etc), or simply a honeymoon undergo. What you don't see are the behind the scenes scut work: carrying trays, polishing glassware and silverware, kitchen chaos, the list is endless. Now, I'm not saying being a host, server, or bartender is the worst thing in the whole wide world, there are definitely worse things. But the fact of the matter is that it isn't always sunshine and rainbows. In the two years that I have spent in restaurant and customer service, I have spoken my share of expletives, yelled at kitchen staff, and dealt with not-so-happy guests. It isn't easy to keep a bright and shiny smile on your face when all you want to do is choke every person who walks near you. Anyone who has spent even two weeks working in a restaurant understands the rigor and stress that comes with it. Restaurant culture is a tiny world in and of itself that operates on its own principles and creates its own society. It even has its own language. The sayings "runner", "corner", and "on a bus" wouldn't make sense to anyone otherwise. My mother and I both work in a restaurant and the best advice I can give someone going out to eat is to treat us like people. Yes...believe it or not we are people, people. Say "please" and "thank you", or stack your cleared plates before a busser gets to the table. Trust me, the gesture goes a lot farther than you may think.

There's always chaos in the restaurant business.

Anytime you turn a corner the words "corner!" without you even realizing.

People are amazed at how professional you are when speaking to strangers, or on the phone

When we say "table 17 is on a bus", table 17 isn't LITERALLY on a bus.

You understand the frustration of the functions of another existing restaurant when going out to eat.

When you repeat the same spiel 40 times you start to sound like a lifeless robot.

The rush of prime dinner service. The chaos is riveting.

You have "that guy" at a table that makes you want to pull your hair out.

Getting stiffed an entire tip is worse than dealing with a difficult human being.

When you're sitting in a restaurant you don't dare interrupt your servers table presentation.

At the end of the night, you take the first opportunity you get to take a seat.

Not everything you learn in college can be found in a textbook.

Your self control and motivation directly correlate to how close the end of the semester is.

Group projects seem to be something created by the devil himself.

Remember when you were young and you knew everything there was to know? Wrong: you knew nothing.

If there is free food offered - go!

Never believe a professor when they tell you "Don't worry, this won't be on the test."

If you want a relationship with someone, it will take effort.

Check your email before you trudge all the way to class to find out it is cancelled.

You do not need a ton of friends, just a couple of really good ones.

Take the time to do what you love.

Every Saturday you will avoid doing homework like it is the plague. When Sunday rolls around you will complain that you have way too much stuff to do and not enough time to do it.

Your college experience is what you make of it.
