It's the most wonderful time of the year again! It's fall, y'all. I'm sure you can't scroll through your Facebook feed or your Twitter timeline without seeing at least three posts about it being fall. Why is everyone so obsessed? It's just another season. Well, that's where you're wrong, and that's why I;m here to enlighten you on why we're so obsessed.

The Leaves Are Changing Colors

This might not seem like much to you but I'll never understand how someone can go outside, see the leaves, and not be in love. Everything is so much prettier in the fall.

This Is The Best Weather We'll Have All Year

Seriously. It's not too hot, it's not too cold, bugs have returned to the pits of hell where they belong, it's perfect. I love being able to walk to class without the possibility of dying of a heatstroke or slipping on ice. It's the perfect weather for camping, hiking, bonfires, or anything outdoors.

There Are Pumpkins Everywhere

Other than pumpkin flavored everything-- (cue the white girls screaming in the background)-- I love using pumpkins as decorations for just about anything. Front porch bland and empty? Carve a few pumpkins. Wedding coming up? Line pumpkins down the aisle. In to photography? Pumpkins make a great photo prop. They're great.

The Best Holidays Are Here

This is Halloween, Halloween, Halloween... Ahh, it's my favorite. October is my favorite month, fall is my favorite season, Halloween is my favorite holiday. And I mean, Thanksgiving is right on up there because who doesn't love food?

Football Season

Love God, sweet tea, and the SEC. But speaking of holidays, I'm waiting on the Iron Bowl to become a national holiday. Or at least just in the state of Alabama. I just don't understand how someone can not love football season. War Eagle.

This Is The Best Time To Try New Hairstyles

Been debating on if you want to go dark and vampy for a while? Do it and blame it on the season. Everyone needs "fall hair" and it's the perfect excuse to get your hair done.

Bath & Body Works Is Basically Heaven

You can't just walk past this store, smell everything drifting out the doors, and not go in. It's practically impossible. Go ahead in because you know that you need that pumpkin spice lotion and "fall leaf" perfume.

Everyone Dresses Better In The Fall

Fall is the best time of the year for everyone to dress up. Boots, scarves, beanies, vests, leggings, everything. You'll be comfy, cozy, and cute all at the same time.

There's A Whole New Vibe

This might just be me because I'm so into trusting the energy and the vibes in a situation but seriously. There's a whole new feeling in the atmosphere in the fall. Everything is so much more chill this time of the year.

It's "Cuffing Season"

I'm all for being independent and not wanting to be with anyone but something about the fall just makes you want to be with someone. You want someone there to pile up on the couch with to watch movies with under a big, comfy blanket, with fuzzy socks on, drinking coffee or hot chocolate. Everyone ends up dating someone from September to November somehow.

Fall is so much more than basic white girls and pumpkin spice lattes (no hate or judgement, at all). It's a whole other world and I guess that's why we love it so much. It's more of an "escape" than a season, and I never want to come back.

"Friends" maybe didn’t have everything right or realistic all the time, but they did have enough episodes to create countless reaction GIFs and enough awesomeness to create, well, the legacy they did. Something else that is timeless, a little rough, but memorable? Living away from the comforts of home. Whether you have an apartment, a dorm, your first house, or some sort of residence that is not the house you grew up in, I’m sure you can relate to most of these!

There is nothing quite like family.

Family is kinda like that one ex that you always find yourself running back to (except without all the regret and the angsty breakup texts that come along with it).

No matter how long your class is, there's always time for the mind to wander. Much like taking a shower or trying to fall asleep, sitting in a classroom can be a time when you get some of your best ideas. But, more than likely, you're probably just trying to mentally cope with listening to a boring lecturer drone on and on. Perhaps some of the following Aristotle-esque thoughts have popped into your head during class.

Bob's Burgers
Adult Swim

Bob's Burgers is arguably one of the best and most well-written shows on tv today. That, and it's just plain hilarious. From Louise's crazy antics to Tina's deadpan self-confidence, whether they are planning ways to take over school or craft better burgers, the Belchers know how to have fun. They may not be anywhere close to organized or put together, but they do offer up some wise words once and awhile.

We're in college, none of us actually have anything together. In fact, not having anything together is one of our biggest stressors. However, there's a few little things that we do ever so often that actually make us feel like we have our lives together.

1. Making yourself dinner

And no this does not include ramen or Annie's Mac & Cheese. Making a decent meal for yourself is one of the most adult things you can do living on campus. And the food is much better than it would be at the dining hall.
