Donald Trump recently announced his candidacy for the President of the United States. I don’t know about you, but I am stoked, because his recent quotes truly exemplify the leader that this country needs.
Here are just some reasons why we should take Donald Trump’s candidacy seriously:
1. He is God’s prodigy.
“I will be the greatest jobs president that God ever created."
I’m already convinced!
2. He has mastered the art of walls.
“I will build a great wall… and nobody builds walls better than me, believe me, and I’ll build them very inexpensively. I will build a great, great wall on our southern border, and I will make Mexico pay for that wall. Mark my words.”He will have Mexico pay for it, but at least it will be inexpensive! How courteous!
3. He knows how to work air conditioning, so his strategy on ISIS is obviously the best.
“Some of the candidates, they went in and didn’t know the air conditioner didn’t work and sweated like dogs, and they didn’t know the room was too big because they didn’t have anybody there. How are they going to beat ISIS?”
He has got such a way with words!
4. He has more money than any of us ever will, so let’s just call him "your majesty."
“We have a five billion dollar website. I have so many websites because I hire people. They do a website. It costs me three dollars.”
“The peanuts, the cheapest part, is what it will cost me to do it. I’m giving up hundreds of millions of dollars to do this.”
“I’m really rich.”
Ugh, goals.
5. Oh, and he thinks his book is the best thing ever, so you definitely should consider him a serious candidate.
TRUE!
6. In just one well-crafted Tweet, he clarified global warming for us all!
RETWEET!
7. And let’s not forget his stellar and clearly observant views on immigrants.
“When Mexico sends its people, they’re not sending their best. They’re sending people that have lots of problems. They’re bringing drugs. They’re bringing crime. They’re rapists.”
Mexico, you’re so unfair.
Don’t get me wrong, Donald Trump is clearly a hard-working man who knows the ins and outs of real estate and business better than almost anyone else on the planet. However, when it comes down to relating to the American people and being a true diplomat and representative, he falls just a LITTLE short.
