Are you content being alone by yourself without feelings of judgment? When we truly start to love ourselves, it’s amazing how our lives get better. But sometimes, relationships get in the way. To love someone without loving yourself is very dangerous. After I got out of a toxic relationship, I realized I'm too busy loving myself to love someone else right now.
-I'm too independent.
-I like to be alone. I like to be free.
-I'm embracing myself.
-I'm too busy loving my body, my life, my mindset. I'm too busy to embrace someone else because I'm focusing on myself.
-He didn't understand my values.
-He didn't understand that I came first. You should always come first.
-I doubted myself.
-I started to doubt who I was, what I believed in. I started to doubt that I loved myself.
-I deserve better.
-I need someone who loves that I love myself. Someone who understands that I always come first to myself.
-I chose me.
-I'm not ready to share myself with someone else. Every relationship starts with the relationship you have with yourself.
-I am grateful.
-Give yourself the gift of self love. You deserve it.
You can't begin to love someone else until you love yourself. Here are a few tips on how to love yourself.
1. Look in the mirror and point out things you love, not things you hate.
2. Smile.
3. Trust yourself.
