Why Chipotle Can't Be Beat

Unless you've been living under a rock, you know what Chipotle is. It is a glorious restaurant that serves, amazing burritos in many different forms; straight burrito, burrito bowls, quesadilla, salads and even a burritodilla (which is a quesadilla wrapped in a burrito). It has taken the food world by storm. No matter the wait, the majority of people will stand in line for the goodness that is Chipotle. The idea of healthy (they have made an effort to use only naturally grown ingredients), good (the food itself is amazing), and fast food, is not something that happens a lot in the food industry. Which has helped Chipotle soar pass the rest of the competition, and land a spot straight at the top. Therefore as I sit and eat my fantastically, wonderful Chipotle, with guacamole and chips, I'm going to tell the six reasons Chipotle can not be beat.

1. It's not just food, it's the food.

It's the food you've been dreaming about since you got home from; class, work, any sort of sporting event. It's the food that you make you happy.

2. Unlike some other restaurants ... Chick-fil-A ... Chipotle helps you with the Sunday scares.

Certain restaurants decide to closes on specific days, but not Chipotle they are open everyday until 10 o'clock, they are here for your study days, or your relaxed weekends. No matter what Chipotle is open for our needs, they are here for us.

3. Leftovers!

You can eat it cold or warm it up, but either way its still as good as the moment you got it. Some foods from restaurants are only food the moment you get it, but Chipotle's food is good the moment you get it, hours later and even the next day.

4. Bags.

Each bag has a cleaver short story written on the side, along with drawings. The bags make you all the more excited to eat the food. They are special and unique to Chipotle, making your experience more memorable and exciting. They give opportunity to young talent writers everywhere.

5. Non-judgmental area.

You can get as much as you want or as little and no-one will judge you, they will admire you for your ability eat the double burrito or not eat the double burrito. You have the ability to order whatever you want and not be judged. Chipotle is a non-judging safe spaced for everyone and anyone.

6. Hot Worker.

The workers are equally, if not hotter than the medium salsa. They smile at you when you walk through the door and when you order the food, making you feel like they take a real interest in your life. They are an added bonus to the amazing food you are getting.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

April Ludgate

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
