Why I Am Voting For Donald Trump
insidegov.com

Before this article is read, I want you all to know something. Do not think I am a racist. Do not think I am just some homophobic or rich white person. Do not think I am hating on fellow women, or some of the other misconceptions behind a Trump voter. I am none of those things, so you are probably wondering, why the hell are you voting for Trump? To tell you the truth, I believe he is the best candidate for the next President of the United States of America.

This election is arguably the craziest, most turbulent, and unstable election in American history. Of course this election is the first one I'll be able to vote in, and I barely make the cut doing so. Candidates bashing each other, acting childish, one candidate was questioned by the FBI for scandal and is allowed to run? Crazy, huh? That would never be allowed for other candidates! (36th President Richard Nixon had to resign in 1974 for a far less dramatic, but still very scandalous incident). Hillary Clinton's incident was far more scandalous and she is allowed to run? Hmm... Unfortunately, this election also shows the disgusting corruption and favoritism involved in other American leaders and Congressmen/women, and shows how rigged the election system is. It also proves that the government cares more about corporate leaders than its on citizens. If the Founding Fathers were alive today, they would probably be having panic attacks watching this election unfold and wondering, "What the hell is wrong with this country?"

Honestly, I get it. I understand most people in my generation are not members of the Republican Party or other conservative groups (I am one of the few people in my age group who consider themselves on the conservative side!). I understand most people in today's society are quick to judge and have to be PC about everything. I understand that Donald Trump can come across as a racist, sexist, misogynist homophobe. Yes, he is not perfect, and yes, I do not agree with everything he says about women or completely bashing Hillary Clinton or vice versa, but unfortunately, the media twists his words to astounding proportions, and ironically, also by giving him lots of attention.

Donald Trump is actually a media genius, believe it or not. Donald Trump stormed out of nowhere, and commanded the stage. When Donald Trump first announced candidacy for President, everybody laughed at him, saying he was not the right candidate. I will admit, I was one of those people too. As the election went on, the citizens in the United States, wanted an outsider to be President, not some "experienced politician." The American people are tired of having so called "experienced politicians" in office. Sometimes, a candidate not necessarily experienced in political office is the best candidate. (Such as 34th President and former World War II General Dwight D. Eisenhower in 1952). America's leaders are not getting their jobs done or agreeing with each other on ANYTHING, and always seem to quarrel with each other over the dumbest things.

Most of the population in my age group believes Hillary Clinton is the qualified candidate for the President of the United States of America. Honestly, people should seriously get educated about who they are voting for. Just Hillary is a woman, or some other characteristic Donald Trump does not have, not not necessarily make her qualified! Unfortunately, many of these voters do not realize Hillary Clinton is one of the most hypocritical candidates in American history. Yes, she may have experience in office, but do you really want who put national security at risk? How do you expect someone like that to be the next President? Do the people really expect someone like that to protect our country? I am a female, and I do not want as someone as corrupt Hillary Clinton as our next President.

In order to have a possibility for Donald Trump's victory, the Republican Party needs to stick together and overcome obstacles, instead of hating on each other. Do they not realize that if they hated Donald Trump so much, they should have stuck together before the nominations became official?

Hopefully, the American people will realize how important it is to vote for our leaders before November. Sadly, some people feel as though they can not vote because of all the corporate favoritism and corruption swirling in Washington or any other election. Voting is a right that some people take for granted, and having all people voting was a right fought for many years. Voting can determine the path of American history and the direction of our country for years to come. One vote can change the entire election process for the better, or for worse No matter which candidate you support, voting is essential if you want to change history for good, and I am proud to be contributing to the voting process.

Bob's Burgers
Adult Swim

Bob's Burgers is arguably one of the best and most well-written shows on tv today. That, and it's just plain hilarious. From Louise's crazy antics to Tina's deadpan self-confidence, whether they are planning ways to take over school or craft better burgers, the Belchers know how to have fun. They may not be anywhere close to organized or put together, but they do offer up some wise words once and awhile.

We're in college, none of us actually have anything together. In fact, not having anything together is one of our biggest stressors. However, there's a few little things that we do ever so often that actually make us feel like we have our lives together.

1. Making yourself dinner

And no this does not include ramen or Annie's Mac & Cheese. Making a decent meal for yourself is one of the most adult things you can do living on campus. And the food is much better than it would be at the dining hall.

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.
