There are millions of people around the world who love the Green Bay Packers. Their official Facebook page has 5.4 million likes by their devout fans. Their home, Lambeau Field, is the Mecca of football. Every home game day, thousands of Packer lovers gather on the grounds of this said 'holy land'. The Packers are by far my favorite team, and here is why.

They have one of the richest pasts in the NFL.

They started in 1919 and joined the NFL in 1921, a year after the league was formed, along with a few NFL teams that still remain. They are original and devout to their city.

In general, the players and staff are good people.

Players, both high profile and not high profile, are people who are involved in the community and help good causes or start their own cause. They are nice to people when confronted at the grocery store by a fan and have great character. They also tend to stay out of handcuffs and trouble with the NFL.

The Super Bowl trophy is named after a famous Packer coach.

The Lombardi Trophy is named after the late Packers coach, Vince Lombardi. Lombardi coached the Packers from 1959-1967. He led the team to five NFL Championships and then two Super Bowl Championships after it became the new name for the NFL championship game.

It strengthens the bond between some family and friends.

It is great when you can spend time with your entire family cladded in Packer gear all cheering for the same thing. During holidays, the feeling is even better, even if not everyone is a Packer fan.

They tend to win.

At least in winning years, they almost always make it to the playoffs. Sometimes, when it looks like the Packers are going to lose, one or more of the many talented players does something amazing to win the game.

Again, Lambeau Field.

I cannot even count how many times I have been to Lambeau, but every time I am there I still feel a sense of awe in that I am walking with something legendary

They are respected.

Respect is an important thing to have. It's great knowing that your team is respected and admired by many other football fans and players. It feeds into the Packer Pride every fan feels about the team.

These are just a few of many reasons why I love the Green Bay Packers. Just like millions of others, they will always be my team.

18 Things I Want To Do Now That I'm 18

I'm technically an adult, so I'm legally required to live a little, right?

For the entirety of my high school career, I was always seen as the goody-two-shoes. I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?

I've been super busy lately with school work, studying, etc. Besides the fact that I do nothing but AP chemistry and AP economics, I constantly think of stupid questions that are almost impossible to answer. So, maybe you could answer them for me, and if not then we can both wonder what the answers to these 15 questions could be.
