Whole Lotta Red has Arrived, Here is an Honest Review.

Whole Lotta Red has Arrived, Here is an Honest Review.

Since 2018 when Die Lit dropped, Playboi Carti fans have awaited the album "Whole Lotta Red". After lots of cryptic tweets and hype about the album, WLR finally dropped on Christmas Day.

Taking to Twitter to check reviews, fans had a lot to say about the album and it was largely negative. Many compared Whole Lotta Red to the other albums in Carti's discography. Calling WLR "a waste of time", and that it "made their ears bleed".

While Whole Lotta Red is not the music, or the leaks we were expecting I don't think it is fair to call this album "trash". Instead of focusing on lyricism, Carti used WLR to showcase his ambiance and art. He expresses himself in a new way in this album, and I think that is something that we can all appreciate. Love it or hate it, Playboi Carti is bringing out his inner King Vamp.

My favorite songs on the album include "Rockstar Made", "Go2DaMoon (feat. Kanye West), "New N3on".

Rockstar Made gives me artsy and new Carti vibes. Go2DaMoon does this as well, but the Ye feature is a touch we didn't know we needed. Lastly, New N3on is the hype Carti we all know and love.

Die Lit will remain hanging on my wall in my bedroom while we wait for a Whole Lotta Red Deluxe Version.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
