We live in a world today where your here today, and you may be gone tomorrow. I never imagine growing up that the world would be a place that is in today. It saddens me that the world is full of evil and instead of us trying to change what is happening, we sit back and complain and judge. But what do we do if somebody is asking for help and we turned a blind eye and act like it never happened. I understand that some people don't know how to get, locate , or start to find assistance with some issue they may be dealing with; but we need to wake up and and realize that our world is crumbling in front of our eyes. For instance the shooting that just recently happened last week in Fort Lauderdale, Florida where 5 people lost their lives and 8 others were injured had previously went in for an evaluation and stated that he was hearing voices so they committed him for four days and released him after that and gave him back his weapons according to his brother. But from further information released he was discharged from the military 4 months ago because of his mental state. So who is responsible for this tragedy , the shooter or the people who didn't recognize that he wasn't work with a full deck of cards? We need better assistance for people who are in the military or government service that need to be accommodated back into civilian life. From personal experience I know some people who were in some sort of branch of the military and it was hard for them to get back into civilian or a normal life. And one thing that all my friends stated was they didn't have the necessary help after leaving the military. If they are protecting and serving us ,and protecting our freedom what are we doing to protect them when they have been discharge or misplaced because of tragedy that occurred when they were in the field as they call it. We have to many veterans and military officers that are left without help and when someone of their stature needs help we turn a blind-eyeThe question I want to posed in this article is who is the blame when a tragedy occurs from a mentally ill person ?

1. When course schedules are released and you have a conflict between two required classes.

Bonus points if it is more than two.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

April Ludgate

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
