In case you haven't heard, Elon Musk has recently put one of his Tesla Brand Cars into outer space and outside the earth's atmosphere in recent months. Musk started his private enterprise of space exploration about 16 years ago on May 6th, 2002. Since its infancy Space X has grown to the biggest private space program in the World.
Musk founded the company with only about 160 employees to more than 5,000 employees in 2015. Many of Musk's goals have already been achieved in the company including making private space travel much more accessible as well as cheaper over the last decade. Elon even wants to pilot a mission to Mars in the next ten years around the year 2026.
Will Elon Musk and Space X become too big to remain a public company? How do they certify or get the permission to fly rocket type aircraft when the United States Government considers this material to be highly dangerous rocket type technology that is considered to be a threat to the United States itself? Will musk expand his pursuits by lobbying Congress for more money? In this article, I will give you my personal predictions as to where Musk is taking Space X.
Musk was always fascinated with outer space from the time he was a young child. Looking at telescopes and learning about outer space was always a big deal for the young musk. He enjoyed it and he knew from the time he was a young lad that he would grow up and become a scientist. Little did he know that his curiosity as a small child would turn into the main inspiration for one of today's biggest aeronautics companies there is, public or private.
