Everyone is constantly wanting to know where they will be in the future. What they will be doing, who will be in their life, and if they will be successful. We all wish we could fast forward and just know everything about the future. I know I always do. Even though I have no idea where I will be or what I will be doing here is were I want to be in five years.

1. Successful

Everyone wants to be successful. To me being successful means to be thriving in whatever you are doing. If I am working in politics or working for a non-profit organization I want to be thriving at it not just trying to get through it day by day. Success doesn't mean you have to be well known. I think you just have to be good at whatever you are doing.

2. Doing Something That I Love

I always get super overwhelmed when I think about the future and what I will be doing job wise. I dread to have a job in the future that makes it hard to get out of bed for. I want to have a job doing something that I love that makes me excited to get up and get to work every day.

3. Married

This one is a definite must. I might not have my life completely planned out but in five years Id like to be married by then. I do not want to be thirty and still not married (there is nothing wrong with that by the way). Being married by 25 just sounds good to me. I have so many "future wedding" pins on Pinterest. It's like a hobby.

4. To Be Confident

If nothing else in five years I want to be confident. Growing up and being insecure your entire life is just tiring. It's time to change that and love myself.

5. Living In My Own Home

This is also a huge goal for me. I want to be well off enough where I am not renting an apartment or house. I want to be able to buy a house with my man and for us to run around my yard like a little kid. Then, pay the mortgage.

6. To Just Be Happy And Healthy

In five years I just want to be happy and healthy. I feel like that is the most important thing for the future. I want to be happy with myself and positive about life. I want to have a good, healthy diet, and full of energy. I don't want to be worrying about the stupid little things that I do in present time.Live carefreely.

From sea to shining sea, the United States was uniquely positioned for an incredible Aurora Borealis display on Thursday, Oct. 10, 2024, going into Friday, Oct. 11.

It was the second time this year after an historic geomagnetic storm in May 2024. Those Northern Lights were visible in Europe and North America, just like this latest rendition.

To My Loving Boyfriend,

  • Thank you for all that you do for me
  • Thank you for working through disagreements with me
  • Thank you for always supporting me
  • I appreciate you more than words can express
  • You have helped me grow and become a better person
  • I can't wait to see where life takes us next
  • I promise to cherish every moment with you
  • Thank you for being my best friend and confidante
  • I love you and everything you do

To start off, here's something I don't say nearly enough: thank you. Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You do so much for me that I can't even put into words how much I appreciate everything you do - and have done - for me over the course of our relationship so far. While every couple has their fair share of tiffs and disagreements, thank you for getting through all of them with me and making us a better couple at the other end. With any argument, we don't just throw in the towel and say we're done, but we work towards a solution that puts us in a greater place each day. Thank you for always working with me and never giving up on us.

Because no one ever really leaves.

Ah, yes, good old Hauppauge. We are that town in the dead center of Long Island that barely anyone knows how to pronounce unless they're from the town itself or live in a nearby area. Hauppauge is home to people of all kinds. We always have new families joining the community but honestly, the majority of the town is filled with people who never leave (high school alumni) and elders who have raised their kids here. Around the town, there are some just some landmarks and places that only the people of Hauppauge will ever understand the importance or even the annoyance of.

1. It's easy to be fooled by shiny things.

Tamatoa created a liar filled with shiny things simply for the purpose of tricking fish to enter and become his food. He too experiences a lesson in how easy it is to be tricked by shiny things when Moana distracts him by covering herself in glowing algae so Maui can grab his hook.
