No matter what, you are constantly disappointed.

When your NFL team sucks, it is a true challenge and heartbreak. Whether they suck because of horrible coaches, players, injuries or they just do, we as fans have to maintain hope.

When your NFL team sucks, like my NY Giants occasionally do, you start to feel some type of way.

1. You think every good move your crappy team makes is gold.

2. You yell at the TV as if they can hear your comments and will ultimately improve.

3. You root for your rival's demise (and maybe injuries).

4. You swear now that your crappy team is losing that they're considered fragile.

5. You put random players in your fantasy league because, as much as you love your team, you have to win fantasy for bragging rights.

It's that important.

6. No matter what, you are constantly disappointed.

Constantly...

7. But, you can't help but love them anyway.

In the end, your team is yours. Yell, scream, holler, give advice and whatever else you need to tell yourself you've got a great team! Keeping the hope alive is what makes great fans.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
