When your throat feels like sand paper or your stomach hates you, how will you spend your time?
1. Sleep
You need to get as much sleep as possible. A lot of the time exhaustion is what causes you to get sick in the first place.
2. Drink lots of fluids.
You need to consume lots of water to keep your body hydrated. Drinking juice is a great way to get some vitamin C as well.
3. Take your meds.
You need to take your medicine until it is all gone. Do not stop taking it until you finish it.
4, Have a trashcan.
Have a trashcan nearby in case you get sick or to deposit your never ending amount of used tissues.
If you can not sleep.......
5. Read your Bible.
This is a great time to spend some intentional time with God reading His word.
6. Do homework.
I know, I know, but it needs to get done.
7. Watch Netflix.
Catch up on your favorite tv series or watch a movie.
8. Read a book.
If you have a massive headache, read a book for the millionth time or that you have not read before.
