There are always those days where I seem to fall short. Unfortunately, I seem to have this problem more days than not, whether it is that I don't feel pretty when I look in the mirror, or my work day was less than satisfactory, feeling lonely or left behind, school stress, etc. However, I am a huge advocate for journal writing—trust me it helps. I write in my journal almost every night and I encourage everyone to find a way to let off some steam or reflect on your days. When I reread older entries, I find bits and pieces of good days and bad days and it oddly puts things in perspective.
