Every now and then we feel like maybe people need a break from us. We feel like we are too much at times and can barely handle ourselves. How can you tell yourself that you are wanted and not bothering people? It's something that is easier said than done. Feeling unwanted is more than just feeling sad, it feels more like an emptiness inside you.
1: Find your "feels" music. Hit up that Lana Del Rey radio or whatever gets you in a chill music and just relax.
2: Avoid being on your phone. Moments when we feel bad we tend to constantly check our phones. Avoid it! Relax and maybe read or take a nap.
3: Talk to someone you love. Chat with your mom or even your dog, just say what's on your mind. Find someone you trust and just say what you feel.
4: Avoid apologizing for being "annoying". Nothing is worse than feeling annoying but apologizing about it is unnecessary. In some cases, it will only make it worse. Just focus on yourself and don't worry about what other people are thinking (P.S they probably aren't thinking anything).
5: Do something you enjoy. A good way to distract yourself is doing a hobby you love, especially crafting! Make a nice canvas for yourself or do something artsy to take your mind off of things.
