What would your world look like if money wasn't an issue? If time was infinite? and if your reality was everything you make it out to be?
Perfection.
So let me ask you this... What is stopping you from perfection?
Answer: YOU.
We live in a world where nothing is guaranteed. You are not guaranteed a home, a family that loves you, and you are most definitely not guaranteed a successful future. Although you are not promised any of these things in life, they are still possible.
Everything you do is based off choices you make, day in and day out. People need to learn to live as if they are trying to make all of their dreams come true. Society has been accustomed to settling. People would rather be safe than sorry in this world, and I cannot necessarily blame them, considering how today's economy is.
Some things in this world are beyond our control. You had no control over your eye color, the sound of your voice, or even the way your adult teeth grew in, but you do have control over more than it may appear. You have the ability to live your life the way you want to.
We do not have a crystal ball that is there to tell us the way our future is supposed to play out, and that is the fun of living. The uncertainty in your life is what makes it yours. The way in which you allow that uncertainty to become certain will be the difference between your life and the kid that used to sit next to you in math class.
Life is not always going to be easy, at times it may even be terrifying, but as long as you're living and making sacrifices, I am here to promise you, that you will be okay.
Stop thinking that you have no control over your own destiny, because you in fact, do. Even if you think you are to the point in your life where everything is where it is supposed to be -- Take a minute. Stop. Breathe. and Think. Be sure you aren't settling. Be sure that there is nothing more. Be sure that the uncertainty is finally certain.
Dreams are what help the uncertainty become certain, but just because a dream may be fulfilled, it doesn't mean that is the end. There is always more. This world is filled with things that are awaiting the exploration of an individual, it might even be you. You have the choice to make the decision of whether or not your journey will be to explore the uncertain, or just simply settle for what lies before you.
I hope you learn to trust the wait, and embrace the uncertainty because you only get one life to live. So everyday -- Take a minute. Stop. Breathe. and Think.
