Greenville Zoo
Lions and tigers and bears, oh my! A day at the Greenville Zoo definitely won’t disappoint. You will see a variety of exhibits housing lots of unique creates. You might even learn a thing or two while you’re there.
Swamp Rabbit Trail
This Greenville Health System trail is 19.9 miles long, but you can ride or walk as much or as little as you choose. It follows a former railroad bed and was named after the native swamp rabbit. Running from Traveler’s Rest to Downtown, this trail offers a way for you to spend time outside around other people who enjoy running or biking just like you!
Flour Field at the West End
Throughout the summer, the ballpark is a popular place to be. Watching a Greenville Drive game is always a fun and affordable way to spend your evening in Greenville.
Haywood Mall
If you would rather spend your day inside in the air conditioning, Haywood Mall is always a great option. With over 150 shops to choose from, it’s safe to say that it would be hard to walk out of this mall empty handed.
Upcountry History Museum
This neat museum presents history many upstate South Carolina counties from the early 18th century to the present. With numerous exhibits and a rich background of our area’s history, it is quite possible that you will leave smarter than you were when you arrived.
Liberty Bridge at Falls Park
A great part of downtown Greenville is the easily recognizable Liberty Bridge. It is a suspension bridge that overlooks the Reedy River. It’s fun to walk across, but also provides loads of entertainment from watching families stroll across the bridge to little kids chase ducks in the water below.
