It happened. Trump is now in the presidential office. There is no going back. So, what’s next?
It begins with being dissatisfied to the extent that justice continues to be fought for, but also continuing to be completely satisfied in the King of Kings. Here’s 10 Bible verses to give you a jumpstart in doing so:
1. Psalm 106:3
“Blessed are those who act justly, who always do what is right.”
2. Hosea 12:6
“But you must return to your God; maintain love and justice, and wait for your God always.”
3. John 13:34-35
“A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”
4. Proverbs 16:9
“The heart of man plans his way, but the Lord establishes his steps.”
5. 2 Chronicles 7:14
“If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land”
6. 1 Timothy 2:1-2
“I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people—for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness”
7. Daniel 2:20-21
“He changes times and seasons; he sets up kings and deposes them. He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to the discerning.”
8. Luke 6:22
“Blessed are you when people hate you, when they exclude you and insult you and reject your name as evil, because of the Son of Man.”
9. Acts 17:26
“And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation.”
10. Job 12:22
“He reveals the deep things of darkness and brings utter darkness into the light.”
The presidential office is temporary, God is forever.
