What Your Fave Ben & Jerry's Flavor Says About You

Everyone's two favorite ice cream makers, Ben and Jerry, create ice cream flavors that speak to us on spiritual levels. Your favorite flavor can say a lot about you- look below to see if your fave is listed!

(Note: I took the top ten flavors from 2014 from this list. If your fave flavor isn't on here, I'm sorry! I'm sure your fave Ben & Jerry's flavor is still A-plus!)

1. Peanut Butter Cup

You're someone that knows how to take two perfect things and put them together into something better. Chocolate + peanut butter = perfection. You love things that go together like peas and carrots, or, uh, chocolate and peanut butter.

2. Americone Dream

Aside from being a true 'Merican, you're one of those people that prefers ice cream in a cone. Also, you most likely think Stephen Colbert is hilarious (i.e. the pistachio commericials, like this one). You also have a good sense of humor (and sense in ice cream). Good for you, you 'Merican, you!

3. Chunky Monkey

Let's just say you like to go ape. You obviously love a good combo, but with something unexpected- like the walnuts in Chunky Monkey. You like the calm down and relax (with ice cream?) but also like to have a good time.

4. Coffee Toffee Bar Crunch

You're someone that seriously needs your coffee- even in ice cream! You need all the energy you can get while having a delicious snack. You're also someone that's probably on the go a lot (since you consume so much caffeine).

5. Strawberry Cheesecake

Forget those chocolate or vanilla fans, you're all about being different- you're a strawberry ice cream person! You also generally aren't a big cake person, and prefer cheesecake. You prefer to snack on something a little more refined and fruity compared to those other snacks. Also, you most likely love the Cheesecake Factory- but who doesn't?

6. Phish Food

You're someone that needs all of your favorite snacks together- chocolate, marshmallows, caramel, and fudge are so much better together than apart (cue the Jack Johnson song). Also, you're probably someone that likes to just relax and enjoy life (or Phish food).

7. Chocolate Fudge Brownie

You like everything in excess- or at least, just chocolate. For you, too much of a good thing is great! You also know a good thing when you see it, and go all out if it's for you. You're a go-getter, and most likely outgoing. You're someone everyone likes!

8. Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

Ah, an old standby. You're someone that believes less is more- all you need is some vanilla ice cream and cookie dough! Versatile and timeless, you are like Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough.

9. Cherry Garcia

Like Taylor Swift, you never go out of style. Similar to Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, you like things to be simple- less is more! You don't want a ton of complications (especially with your ice cream choices). A few ingredients can go a long way! You might also like the Grateful Dead- 'cause, you know, Jerry Garcia!

10. Half Baked

You're Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough meets Chocolate Fudge Brownie! You can't decide between cookies and brownies, so you put them together. You work with what you've got and what you like to make something truly special. You're also pretty popular, and someone that everyone tends to think is really cool (ice cream pun intended). Keep doing you!

7 Ways to Make Your Language More Transgender and Nonbinary Inclusive

With more people becoming aware of transgender and non-binary people, there have been a lot of questions circulating online and elsewhere about how to be more inclusive. Language is very important in making a space safer for trans and non-binary individuals. With language, there is an established and built-in measure of whether a place could be safe or unsafe. If the wrong language is used, the place is unsafe and shows a lack of education on trans and non-binary issues. With the right language and education, there can be more safe spaces for trans and non-binary people to exist without feeling the need to hide their identities or feel threatened for merely existing.

Cambio

Singing is something I do all day, every day. It doesn't matter where I am or who's around. If I feel like singing, I'm going to. It's probably annoying sometimes, but I don't care -- I love to sing! If I'm not singing, I'm probably humming, sometimes without even realizing it. So as someone who loves to sing, these are some of the feelings and thoughts I have probably almost every day.
