Let's all be completely honest, music makes life better. I consider "music buff" a huge part of my identity- always searching for new songs and albums to add to my general playlist. Yes, it is super cheesy, but music really does speak where words cannot. Whether it's cruising down the highway, dealing with heartbreak, getting ready for the night, or working out, every situation calls for a solid song. So, here is a list of some songs, artists, or albums you should be listening to. They cover many kinds of situations or moods you may encounter.

1. Adam Jensen

If you know Flux is in on a song, you know the song definitely goes a little hard. Take Flux's touch and sprinkle in MAX's almost orgasmic vocals and you get this wonderful song. It's slightly sexy but allows room for a little rage. Put this song on if you need something to get down to while getting ready for the night.

2. "Savage" by Whethan ft. MAX and Flux Pavilion

3. "Beautiful Disaster" album by DVBBS

If you enjoy some headbanging EDM with spurts of house, turn this on. I saw DVBBS at Ultra last year and have been obsessed ever since. This album provides an all around mix of the EDM world if you like different sub-genres, but every song is equally pleasing.

4. "The Divine Feminine" album by Mac Miller

Sex. This album is sex. It's about sex. It's sexy. It makes you want to have sex. It's Mac's genius verses with a little jazz feel and slow, sensual sounds. That's really all I can say.

5. "Loving Someone" by The 1975

At first, I wasn't too overly impressed with this song. But then I saw it live. And I got it. It made sense, and I fell in love. Presented live with reverberating sounds and back vocals, it's been used as a song for love equality. While rainbow lights danced around the venue and people chanted the words, I felt a tingle in the room. It was pure magic.
