What to do when finals have you too stressed

A few suggestions from my favorite episodes of Friends for when you find yourself going a little crazy while studying for finals.

With finals week being here (at my school at least) I find it harder and harder to relax with each upcoming test. But here are a few ideas you might find useful:

1. Eat your favorite food

Take a break from studying and order a pizza.

2. Listen to a cool new playlist

Like, newplaylist. Ask your friends if they have any they'd suggest for you.

3. Watch some of your favorite TV shows

If you can't tell, I've gotten back into Friends lately.

4. Spend time with people who help you relax

Odds are one of your friends has a really comfy couch that you could take a nap on.

5. Play some music if that's what you like to do

I am not musically inclined, but my neighbor is a phenomenal violin player. Good for her.

6. Clean your room

Being in a clean room will make you feel more organized.

7. Draw a picture of yourself at the end of finals

If you're anything like me, you'll probably be celebrating like this. So draw a picture of it and post it to give everyone else a good laugh.

8. Take a good shower

This is basically the same idea as cleaning your room.

9. Wear your favorite clothes

You can catch me wearing, like, 3 sweaters at one time. It is COLD in Kentucky right now.

10. Stop procrastinating, like I do

Seriously, if you have time to study then use it to study. Your grades will thank you later.

18 Things I Want To Do Now That I'm 18

I'm technically an adult, so I'm legally required to live a little, right?

For the entirety of my high school career, I was always seen as the goody-two-shoes. I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?

I've been super busy lately with school work, studying, etc. Besides the fact that I do nothing but AP chemistry and AP economics, I constantly think of stupid questions that are almost impossible to answer. So, maybe you could answer them for me, and if not then we can both wonder what the answers to these 15 questions could be.
