As the temperature has started to drop, and the leaves have begun to fall off the trees, the Fall season has definitely welcomed itself with a wave of crimson and yellow hues. Along with providing us with its visual beauty, this season also offers us the chance to learn a few life lessons, too.
1. It is necessary to let things go.
Just in the same way that trees have dropped their leaves, we need to remember that we should let things go when they have essential become "dead" to us. Trees know it's time to let the leaves go that are no longer serving them and helping them live, so maybe we should follow by example and do the same every once in a while.
2. Change is good.
As the season changes, nature is aware of this change and takes the necessary steps to prepare for that change. Although sometimes when we can't always see change coming, it's always good to realize that it's inevitable in life and that it's going to happen, so why not embrace it?
3. Take a break.
Trees have started to lose their leaves to make room for new ones to grow, seeds have started their growth process in anticipation for the Spring season, and animals everywhere have begun their preparation for hibernation in order to recharge for a busy and beautiful spring season. Nature uses the fall season to relax and recharge, so why shouldn't we?
As humans, we are lucky to live in world that has Autumns, because along with giving us a beautiful spectacle full of rich color, they also allow us to reflect on ourselves.
