This dessert is one of my favorites. I love any dessert that has fruit in, I think it adds a refreshing element to desserts that would otherwise be heavy or overwhelming. We all know about pineapple upside down cakes, but we do not make them nearly enough!

5. Bread Pudding
When I went to New Orleans over the summer I went to a restaurant that had quite possibly the best bread pudding I've ever had. Luckily I found an exact copy of the recipe, I have already made this multiple times and can attest to its deliciousness.

Something a little more indulgent and absolutely Instagram worthy. Red velvet cupcakes are super good, especially with a cream cheese frosting. This is my favorite recipe.

7. Coconut Macarons
Not to be confused with macaroons, these little treats are so good. Feel free to explore different flavors. These can be pretty complicated to make, so if you're up for challenge these will be so worth it.

8. Crème Brûlée
The crème de la crème of baking, the ultimate dessert. Creamy custard under a blanket of caramelized sugar. Not only is it delicious, but you get to use a blow torch. These can also be hard to make, but even if you can't achieve the crispy top, the custard is still good as hell.
