It's such an amazing time to be alive right now. Not because of all the great technology avaliable to me in the 21st century, that is ever so slowly bringing us closer together as a species. Not becasue, thanks to the ubiquity of smart phones, all the information I could ever want is avaliable to me 24/7. Not becuase of the massive amounts of mulitmedia entertainment around to keep me perpetually entertained. It's a beautiful time to be alive in America becuase my two favorite things in this world just merged together: Politics and Dank Memes.
In a truely brilliant stroke of attempted millennial outreach, the Hillary Clinton Campaign made the assertion that Pepe the Frog is synonymous with White Supremecy. Understandably, defenders of Pepe were rather upset that their beloved manic frog was being linked, through Simone Biles caliber mental gymnastics, to White Supremecy. I, on the other hand, want to personally thank Hillary Clinton and her campaign becuase she just gave me an excuse to post the dankest Pepe memes I can find, in order to demonstrate the diversity of this classic gem, and make a relevant political statement using those memes. A rare oppurtunity, almost as rare as this actual White Supremecist Pepe that CNN made:
Pepe doesn't support the superiority of the white race, instead he supports motherhood:
Pepe is motivational
Pepe promotes friendship
Pepe is enjoyed by people of all ages
You can even use Pepe to help your campaign
Pepe is the conduit for social commentary
Pepe is even an inspirational basketball star
See Hillary Clinton, how can you say Pepe is a symbol of white supremacy when he stands for so much more? It couldn't be because your campaign is so out of touch with the world, especially millennials, that you aren't even aware of memes and internet culture, could it?
