Aquarius (January 20th-February 18th)

So far, your year has been light-hearted and fun, full of endless memories made with friends. Although you've spent your fair share of time alone, reflecting and learning about what it means to be alone, you've enjoyed being the life of the party. Easily bored, you forced yourself out of your comfort zone and found new ways to entertain yourself. Always fond of meeting new people, you've become closer with a lot of new people this year, and successfully maintained old friendships as well.

Pisces (February 19th-March 20th)

As a water sign, you fear being alone and being left out. You've found yourself struggling to be content with the concept of fate. You've put a lot of pressure on yourself to be present within your friend group and other social situations. Relax, Pisces, the show will go on without you. It's important to enter 2017 without ridiculous standards. Your year will be what you make of it, so don't stress it too much.

Aries (March 21st-April 19th)

You're one of the most impulsive signs, always searching for change and new opportunities. Your year was complicated, but nonetheless one for the books. Although you're looking forward to the year to come, certain parts of this year will surely follow you into the next one. It's important to you to maintain stability and stay committed to your decisions, but don't let this keep you from doing what you need to do.

Taurus (April 20th-May 20th)

As an earth sign, you're extremely passionate in all that you do. Your year was great because you worked hard to come as far as you have. With that being said, you must be completely exhausted. It's important to remember that success isn't everything. Allow 2017 to be full of adventure and new experiences. This will be difficult, because you're incredibly stubborn and not too fond of change. Lighten up, and see what happens.

Gemini (May 21st-June 20th)

You have a very divided personality. Although this isn't necessarily a bad thing, you've had a hard time differentiating your two selves. You find that sometimes you're outgoing, spending your nights as the life of the party. Other days you would spend staying in, thinking about your day and everything else going on in your life. Don't feel obligated to be one way or the other just for the sake of other people. This is going to be a year of acceptance for you, both with yourself and the people around you.

Cancer (June 21st-July 22nd)

Your year has been steadily incredible. You've met new people that have made a huge impact on your life. You opened yourself up to new experiences and have gotten closer with the people you care about. This has been a difficult year for you emotionally. You've been stressed out, feeling constantly obligated to be exceptional. Relax, cancer. You deserve it.

Leo (July 23rd-August 22nd)

Although you're extremely dramatic by nature, this year truly has been as bad as you've told everyone. A fire sign, you're naturally drawn to a good time, and some of the highlights of your year were the nights you will never be able to explain, or remember. Continue to have a good time as you go into the new year, but don'y forget to focus on what, and who, is important to you.

Virgo (August 23rd-September 22nd)

You're extremely appreciative of consistency, but your year has been far less than consistent. You're hoping that the new year will bring you more stability and new opportunities. Your year was far from underwhelming, but you should expect to be surprised by what 2017 will bring to you,

Libra (September 23rd-October 22nd)

This has been a really difficult year for you as far as everything going on within the world. You know that this has been a terrible year, historically, and you're only becoming more worried for the future. You're vulnerable to your surroundings right now, but you also tend to be insensitive to the vulnerability of others around you. You've strained some relationships this year without intending to, but your naturally outgoing personality has brought you a lot of new friendships as well.

Scorpio (October 23rd-November 21st)

This year has been......disappointing to say the least. It wasn't terrible, and as a matter of fact it was one of the best years you've had in a while. You weren't necessarily disappointed by your surroundings or other occurrences in your life, but rather by people. You're ready for 2016 to go down in history, whether good or bad, and hoping that the new year will be more promising.

Sagittarius (November 22nd-December 21st)

This year left you bent and bruised. Try again next year, Sagittarius, this one wasn't for you.

Capricorn (December 22nd-January 19th)

You learned a lot this year. Whether what you learned was good or bad, exciting or disappointing, you handled it with grace. You were able to swiftly incorporate a lot of new aspects into your life without too much inner disruption. You're at peace with 2016. Good for you, Capricorn.

18 Things I Want To Do Now That I'm 18

I'm technically an adult, so I'm legally required to live a little, right?

For the entirety of my high school career, I was always seen as the goody-two-shoes. I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?
