What Patronus Charm Are You?

Although the well known book and movie series "Harry Potter" may have ended, the hype over the infamous story of the magical world of wizardry is not going to die down anytime soon as the author behind the popular series, J.K. Rowling, finally released a new quiz that all Harry Potter fans must try.

It was just yesterday when the official Harry Potter Twitter account shared news that a new patronus quiz is officially being released to determine what patronus fans are.

The patronus charm is introduced to us in the third book of the series, "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban," by Professor Remus Lupin. This particular spell is used as a defense mechanism against the Dementors, which are the guards of Azkaban.

As Professor Lupin goes in depth about the patronus charm, we learn that the spell is ignited simply by a happy memory, as the power of your joy and happiness will outshine the darkness of the cold-cloaked creatures. With the happy memory in your head and the spell "Expecto Patronum" said aloud, a bright light comes from the wand, and when strong enough, the white vapor-like light will form into the outline of an animal; this being your own patronus.

In the quiz, you will find yourself in a virtual world of Hogwarts in the woods where Harry first discovers his patronus charm of a stag. Answering each question will lead you to the ultimate evaluation of the various options of patronus selections offered.

Could you be a hare like Luna Lovegood? A horse like Ginny Weasley? A phoenix like Professor Dumbledore? Or maybe even a Jack Russell terrier like Ron Weasley (or myself...I'm not bitter or anything, I promise).

Check out this link to find out your patronus!

"With an incantation, which will work only if you are concentrating, with all your might, on a single, very happy memory" (Professor Remus Lupin).

We Heart It

Over the past decade, television has undergone a very crucial transition: the incorporation of female lead characters. Since it's a known fact that girls actually do run the world (Beyonce said so herself), it's time for the leading ladies of the small screen to get some credit. Without these characters, women would still be sitting in the background of our favorite shows. These women are not only trailblazers for female empowerment, but role models for women worldwide. With that, here are 15 of the smartest, sassiest ladies gracing our screens that remind us that women do, indeed, rule:
