MSU will always have a special place in my heart, and I will always cheer "hail State" during a football game no matter the outcome, but lately MSU athletics has been breaking my heart. I think it's very clear MSU has lost that spark, and honestly that spark we're missing is Dak. Honestly no matter how hard anyone tries, nobody will ever replace him or the legacy he left. Here are some things every MSU fan would give in order to have Dak strap up and put that maroon and white on one more time.
A loss against Ole Miss.
A loss against Bama.
An 8 a.m. class every single day.
No home games for a whole season.
Our cowbells.
Having to walk to class every day in the pouring down rain.
Having to drop your sorority/fraternity.
Singing "Don't Stop Believin'."
Having to park in the gravel lot, every day, all year.
Get a parking ticket every single day.
Give up the Biscuit Shop.
Give up Stromboli's cookie dough bites.
Okay so most of these are a stretch, but let's be real, we need Dak back.
And I'm sure this has been his face at our games this season, as have most of ours have been:
COME BACK, DAK.
Love,
Your MSU family
