WOOOAH!
ARE YOU GUYS RELATED?!
*best friends casually walking with my twin or I normally respond*
"YEA, of course they are..." *they know the drill*
If you're not a twin or you don't associate yourself with any twins on your campus, you may think it's a little strange to have someone who could be so similar to you yet so loyal and probably the most annoying person to you, to witness some of the best four years of your life.
What's it like though??
1. Yes, I'm an identical twin.
2. No, we do not dorm together and we never will.
3. We have the same interest you may ask of course. And we might just be majoring in the same thing.
4. No, we don't wear the same clothes to class, and we most definitely don't share them either.
5. We don't mind if you mix up our names because we know that you obviously are trying and come on....
6. You'll have to get it right sooner or later.
7. So whats the big deal and what' so different about being a twin or not being one
8. It's basically the same, except you get to hear about someone else's experience, struggles, stress, breakdowns, and happiness just as much as you find yourself stuck or enjoying your own.
9. I'm sure my college life would be just as great without her (no offense)
10. But I also don't depend on her, being a twin doesn't mean you get to have one friend on campus, it's just another average day when you're already used to having to share your life with that person since day 1.
11. No, I don't not miss home, because "I have her" (family's excuse to why college is smooth for twins because they have each other #lies).
12. But rather we know what it's like to share, we know what it's like to not always get the best because there's always someone else who wants it just as bad as you, but we expect the best, and never hope for the worst, because why have one twin on campus when you can have both.
