You might not have gotten the job you were perfect for.
You might have ended a relationship you thought would never end.
You might have lost a loved one or suffered a trauma.
You might have made one, two or a dozen mistakes, and each of these mistakes might be pivoting you into a great opportunity, job, relationship or complete happiness. These mistakes might also be just that: mistakes. Not every mistake is a cause for learning and growing.
You might have done a lot of things to land you in the place you are right now. You might have repeatedly fooled yourself into believing that your situation was different. That you were different.
You might be at a crossroads. You may have told yourself that you could fix things. You may have given yourself false hope.
You might have royally screwed up.
You might have.
You might be a lot of things, and you might not. You might be next in line to achieve complete happiness, or you might have a long way to go. You might be the next Oprah or Bill Gates. You might not.
You might be the greatest at x, y, and z, and you might not.
Life is not about knowing when things will finally turn around. You might be happy now, you might have everything you ever wanted, but that doesn't guarantee that this is as good as it's gonna' get.
"Might" expresses a possibility. Thus, life is full of good and bad "mights." Those that are hopeful and full of promise, and those that are devastating and steer you away from hope.
There is, however, another Might. This Might is about the human will and capacity for us to hold great and impressive power.
You might not have a direction or path laid out for you. You might have known this journey all along.
No matter what might or might not happen, you have something stronger than well-laid plans and good intentions. Your "Might" is stronger than any "may" or "may not".
I might not be the best person to tell you the power of your "Might," but then again, I just might.
