What Is It Going To Take For Trump To Lose Support?

No, seriously, what is it going to take?

What Is It Going To Take For Trump To Lose Support?

Someone has to explain to it me because I don't get it. What is so appealing about Donald Trump? Better yet, what will it take for a Trump supporter not to vote for Trump? Help me find the answer because I'm genuinely on my last nerve when I see people support him.

He's not a smart person. Not even close to a smart person. He doesn't know how many articles in the constitution there are, didn't know what the nuclear triad was, said that global warming was a "hoax" created by the Chinese government, had no idea what the term "Brexit" meant a month before the UK voted to leave the EU. I literally don't have enough space or time to write out and/or link every single stupid thing he's ever said, that no presidential candidate on either side should be saying.

"Hey Ryan, I bet you didn't know what the Nuclear Triad was!" You're right I didn't, BUT I'M NOT RUNNING FOR PRESIDENT. I also expect my President, or future President, to know basic, and complex, things about the world.

What else infuriates me about Donald Trump's support? I don't know where he gets his information from. He can't get his information from anywhere that exists on this planet. If he did, he wouldn't say things like Ted Cruz's father was involved in the JFK assassination.

He sued a TV personality over a joke about him getting $5 million if he released his birth certificate to prove he wasn't the love child of an Orange Orangutang. Really? REALLY! You all are voting for this clown?

Does a President make fun of a disability? What President tweets at 3 AM to tell people to go look up a sex tape about a woman that he already harassed? Is this really someone you want as the face of our nation?

Enough about Trump, I want to talk about you, his supporters. You're on my Facebook, my TV, my computer, you're everywhere. I've heard you enough throughout the years to get the gist of what you stand for, generally speaking. If I get this wrong I apologize, but from where I'm standing many of you identify as a "constitutional conservative." Ya'll love freedom, the constitution, our military, and Budweiser.

If you get hot and bothered by red, white, and blue, the constitution, and freedom why are you voting for Trump? Trump doesn't care about your first amendment rights. He puts the press in pens and wouldn't allow the press to cover his campaigns if he didn't like what they were saying. He also wants to open up libel laws to make it easier to sue media organizations. This a danger to freedom of the press.

Those veterans that you all claim to love so much. Well, Trump could care less about them. As if this country as a whole doesn't treat veterans like crap enough, half the country is likely going to vote for someone who exploits them. In fact, he doesn't give to charity at all.

I could go on and on, but I can't, so please, for the love of God, what is it about him? Tell me. Anyone tell me. Why him?

Is Hillary really THAT bad? I know everyone likes to say she killed four soldiers in Benghazi, but there has been 13 different investigations lead by Republicans, and they found nothing. Zip. Nadda. Ziltch.

Is she going to have some policies that you disagree with? Of course, she is. I'm going to disagree with her on all sorts of issues, but don't cut your nose to spite your face.

This isn't an article trying to endorse Hillary or try to sway your opinion, I just want to know why. Trump is everything you claim to hate, isn't smart, doesn't have the self-control to be president. It's quite possible that if the Ayatollah in Iran said one wrong thing we'd be in a nuclear winter, and he just isn't somebody that is going to represent our country in a way that the world will respect us. I don't get it. Help me understand.

He famously said that he could shoot someone and he wouldn't lose support. I'm nervously thinking that that's the only thing he's ever told the truth about.

18 Things I Want To Do Now That I'm 18

I'm technically an adult, so I'm legally required to live a little, right?

For the entirety of my high school career, I was always seen as the goody-two-shoes. I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?
