What i eat in a day

1) small portions is the way to go

When I go out to eat I try to only eat half of the food they give me. So that’s 2 meals in one like 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner. Plus you save money as well. You can eat what u want but just not a lot. Moderation is key.

2) lots of little meals instead of 3 huge meals

It’s better to eat through out the day and stop at 8 pm. I like to eat fruits, pizza, pasta, meatballs, and burgers. I never eat salad and you don’t have to either. Salad might not even be the best thing for you if you are just going to put a shit load of dressing on it. Might as well have pizza. You can make a healthy pizza by making your own sauce. You can also purée vegetables in the sauce to make it better for you.

3) eat lots of fruit

Have some apples and peanut butter instead of a peanut butter sandwich. I love this because you don’t need to eat bread. You can try eating tangerines or grapes which are very healthy too.

4) don’t go out to eat that much

I usually go out like once a week. It’s better to make all your food at home. Also bake your chicken instead of frying it.

5) eat what you want but check the calories

Always look at the ingredients. Only eat what you can read. Stuff that looks healthy might not be because it might be high in sodium, fat, or sugar.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

April Ludgate

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
